I come here somewhat regularly. Food is always good, decent portions, friendly service. The staff seem to enjoy working here, which is a big plus. Excellent choice for quick serve Mexican.

Customer Service 2 Customers need to feel welcome in your place from anyone who is there ready or waiting the customer decision for the own meal. Look the guys are too young or not enough experience to know the importance of customer service and the real meaning.
Ambient 3 very cold atmosphere, don't look a Mexican Food location.

The young team it is at the moment , can do much more to welcome the customer and give the right service , like if you back home .

This is my go to spot for lunch during work days. I used to go to different places for lunch but I don’t even bother anymore cause I know exactly what to expect here. Great food and even better service . This place has so many repeat regulars for good reason. Ashley the manager is amazing and has her staff dialed in. I’m hungry. Time for lunch!!!

I know, nobody goes here for vegan food, but I tried anyway. And it's okay. Unfortunately, staff isn't too well versed in what's vegan and what isn't. Also, the ingredients all spilled into each other. I had a burrito with impossible ground beef. It was pretty okay.

Mex food is my fav, so I sought it out while in BC...This was my 3rd establishment to try and it was the only one that was GREAT!!!! Loved my chicken nachos...The other two places I tried did not taste much like Mex. food! One tasted more like E. Indian food! But Chronic Tacos was great!!! I will return :)
Ordered a large catering order for a company event and wow! My team and I were so impressed! The break down is as follows:
Customer Service - so personable and friendly. They made it easy to figure out (planning for ~40 is hard!) and made sure we were well taken care of.
Food - it was delicious! I had multiple people over the course of our event comment on how much they enjoyed the tacos. The churros were great too!
Atmosphere - we didn’t eat in the restaurant but we were there to pick it up. It was 1pm on a Friday with 3 conferences in town…as you can imagine they were slammed! But could you tell? Not at all! The whole team was handling it with grace, efficiency, friendliness, and humour. The vibe in the restaurant was so positive, it was obvious why so many people chose it for lunch.

I ordered 2 carne molida (ground beef) burritos via Uber Eats taking advantage of their BOGO offer. I wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised! The burritos were huge, tasty, packed with ingredients and very reasonably priced even without a BOGO deal. Can't wait to visit in-person as quite a few reviews mentioned great customer service! :)
