Staff are great. There's wifi and a restroom you can use. My favorite boba place in Vancouver currently.
I like the oosmanthus milk tea best. The jade grapefruit tea is also great (with actual grapefruit pulp in it!)

Strong tea but too sweet, even with 30% sugar. Coconut lychee tastes sour, not recommended to have them with the milk tea

Possibly the best tea shop in Vancouver. I commute 30+ minutes just to have their bubble tea, and everything is phenomenal. The ordering system is fast and efficient, and the drinks come out in less than 5 minutes. I ordered a Taiyaki which is made fresh in the kitchen and it comes out so hot and tasty! I recommend the lychee jade tea with aloe Vera drink as it always puts me in a good mood and it’s so refreshing.
The workers even bring out the drinks personally to me when I’m sitting down and it’s not busy and we’re accommodating to my allergy. Absolutely love this place and will come back every time!!!

Inside is spacious with several tables. Decor mimics a traditional tea shop. I got Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. The drink is great, though 100% sweetness is too sweet. The cup design is very aesthetically pleasing.
