One of my favourite milk tea places in Vancouver. The quality of the tea is good, plus if you get the fruit drinks, they use real fruit. Boba quality is good too. This time I got brown sugar milk tea, lychee jade tea with aloe, and fruit tea. As always, this place never failed me. Dibs: buy 3 drinks, you get free playing cards.

Great dine in experience. They have really nice cups. I would say it’s one of the best bubble tea cups I have seen. They open till late time. I went there at midnight and still very safe and nice environment. They were open till 12:30. No public washrooms unfortunately at late time. Our milk tea with pearls was pretty good and we also got cheese tarts. I will give their bubble tea 8 out of 10. Tart was amazing I will give at least 9 out of 10. It was very fresh I would recommend trying their tart. My experience was very good overall. Good place to stop by late night.

Very cute little place hidden away. This place was not that big and only a few tables. When I was there it was that busy, just a lot of delivery drivers coming through, but a few students with their laptops opened.
We had a Guava Lychee Green Tea, I completely understand why this was thier most popular, it was very refreshing. The hot Oolong Milk Tea, not so much. Pretty bland, but okay.
They have a variety of cups that they use. From the display of cups, they were all very cute. Worth the time to collect all of them.
Parking was not easy, due to the construction, but some paid street parking.

I always stop by CFH when I'm in the area and I had an extra pleasant experience today. Hannah was so nice and cheerful when I came in, made my drinks quickly, and brought them to where I was seated. She had a great energy and really brightened my day 🙂
