I decided to treat myself to bubble tea today because I reached my goal for something. I ordered the taro fresh milk with pearls. And when I got home and started drinking it it felt like something was wrong. At first I thought the straw was too small and the pearls weren’t fitting properly but when I poured the whole thing in I was shocked to discover that there were no pearls. I paid an extra dollar for this. I’m very unsatisfied with this.

Visited in Feb 2026 and had the Mixed Fruit Tea, Guava Lychee Green Tea, Taiyaki with Custard and Red Bean Obanyaki. Thought the taiyaki needed to be grilled a bit longer to get a better crust.

Had the black tea with pearls. Had strong tea flavors and was quite good. Could really taste the richness of the tea better than most chains. Tea from MACU has better tea richness flavor though. Would come again when convenient. Pearls were right consistency with hint of sweetness, not too sweet not too bland.

Nice place to visit. And they do free delivery as well! Glad that they still open during new year eve!! 🥹 but maybe 30% sugar would be recommended for everyone.

I’ve been to this location twice, and both times the drinks tasted horrible. The quality is very different from the Richmond location.

Red Grape Green Tea with Aloe (紅葡萄綠蘆薈蜜) 30% sugar and no ice: it's the quintet essential not toosweet item. The green tea's sharp floral astringency prevents it from tasting like grape juice. The soft Aloe provides the textural contrast.

One of the very few high quality bubble tea shops in the lower mainland that don’t doesn’t skimp on quality or portions. Rare nowadays, and has legit Taiwanese taste like those back in Taiwan because they use real tea leaves and I saw a big pile of tea leaves ready to be composted after they boiled it. No syrupy fake stuff here.

Love how they don’t dilute, shove a crapload of ice when you ask for 30%, gets sweetness levels right every time, or add any crazy amounts of cheap coffee mate to the drinks. Pearls are cooked perfectly, other toppings are always fresh, and the customer service is top notch! Give their osmanthus oolong milk tea with pearls a try and warm or hot! I find that warm bubble tea makes the pearls softer and tastes like comfort food.

They hand you your bubble tea directly while in store too! :)

they have a variety of bubble tea flavors. the tea tastes high quality and is very refreshing. i enjoyed it.

Expert employee answered all our questions and the straws were almost like plastic. It made the BBT taste so much better, its been years since I had a BBT without the glue/paper flavor from the straw.

My friend and I decided to order two drinks from this shop because the name caught our eye; we thought it might be new. We got one Grapefruit Fruit Tea and one Oolong Milk Tea with pearls.

The oolong was SO good, super fragrant and full of tea flavor. The grapefruit tea even had real fruit inside! I would recommend ordering it at 50-70% sweetness so you can actually taste the grapefruit vibe.

Everything was perfect, from the packaging to the taste! Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to actually visit the store on a nice sunny day and sip like a main character. 🌸✨
