I’m a regular customer and I almost always order the Tex Supreme Chicken Sandwich along with wings. The wings today were crispy, fresh, and really tasty — just the way I like them.
But I was very disappointed with the sandwich this time. I usually love it, and it’s one of my go-to items, but today the chicken was extremely hard and unpleasant to eat. The texture was tough, and the layers were so stiff that it was difficult to chew. It definitely did not taste like the usual quality I’m used to.
I really hope this was just a one-off mistake, because I genuinely enjoy this item and want to keep ordering it. I would appreciate more consistency in quality, especially for regular customers.

Good chicken
Soo bad! I always get buck a wing!
Every penny counts!!
The person working tonight just gave smallest pieces which other workers have some heart to add one more small piece if it is very small. I think they pay from pocket of employees for this buck a wing!!
So annoyed by this behaviour where I buy them cause I am hungry and but now they are just half the regular size. i bought six which equals just 3 pieces 😑 they are very very small….
And I am searching the meat in the chicken wings which has 90%bones and the crispy skin 😡
Rather charge half price if you are going to continue the same. Waste of money.
The best Churches location i have have ever visited in Vancouver. Efficient, friendly and generous 🙏

Always my go to fried chicken spot, freshly cooked fried chicken always. Friendly and fast service as usual. Hope they could include a free gravy for take outs.

I had visited on October 1 and was very disappointed.
The employees forgot my sauce, made chicken that had a sickly taste to it (upon further inspection I realized it was undercooked), and made my girl extremely sick with food poisoning symptoms shortly after. The biscuits were also a bit undercooked and doughy.

This place was better when it was mainly run by Filipinos. Now the quality has literally gone down the toilet!
$6 for fries that barely have anything and soggy chicken?!
Avoid this location at all costs and head on over to the one on Kingsway and Slocan.

The nightshift Indian woman wearing glasses is very rude. I can barely understand her English, yet she acts like she can't understand a local English speaker. 😂
