I don’t know if you’re aware but your night staff is informing delivery drivers about a 13-14 minute wait for the chicken with a straight face. Instruct your minimum wage minions to prepare chicken in advance

We come to Church’s regularly, at least 2–3 times a week. This time, we placed an order worth $40 and asked for 2 sauces, which have always been complimentary in the past. However, the girl working at the counter, Doxa, was very rude and insisted on charging us for them.

This was the worst customer service experience we’ve had here. As loyal customers, we expect to be treated with respect and consistency. Management should definitely look into her performance and the way she treats customers.

This is one of the few remaining Church's location (if not the only location) that's still has a good standards with respect to the quality of their fried chicken. They are relatively consistent. Glad to see that the oil used to deep fry their chicken is consistently renewed.

Had great late night munch with my kiddos. Nothing like some chicken to finish the night with.

Another one of those “ I can’t believe I ate here” reviews. We were in the area for a kids function and my daughter needed a quick snack during rush hour. My thinking was, let’s just get a small order of fries to suppress her hunger tantrums. I swear it’s been over a decade since I’ve stepped into a Churches chicken. All that oil and farmed chicken ain’t my cup of tea. In Vancouver Churches quickly ate up the fried chicken market share due to KFC’s poor quality control and management. Remember when KFC was actually good! Now if I have to eat fried chicken I rather get some Korean franchise. The batter was “bland” and sort of “soggy”. The fries were bearable. The biscuit actually stole the show. For the price I would rather get a couple healthy avocado rolls. Quite surprising to see the place fill up around dinner time. Guess it’s still a hit around some parts. Let’s all watch that cholesterol tho! Ya?

Make sure you check your bag before driving away! Last night, for the second time in a row, they forgot the biscuits (which I paid for as they were on my receipt). Aside from getting the runs, the food was tasty!

Amazing food experience the chicken was crispy than a biscuit

Just loved it
Chicken is so tender
I love the offer of one buck for wing. I did look an order for a piece of five or eight and that’s more than enough for you to have a meal.

I went to get a chicken wing and they give me really old wings. I went with scooter and it was 2am. I never expected from this location. I always go there but I’m disappointed with the employees and their service.
