I’ve forgotten how amazing the cuisine is at CinCin restaurant. The lamb was fork tender, the risotto thick and silky, and carpaccio melts in your mouth. Service is great too. The waiter came by just enough times to see if we needed refills and how the food was. This is how dining out is supposed to be.

I’ve eaten here twice, and I must say that it’s refreshing to experience service from people who treat it like a profession. Everyone working there has a role, they all do their role well, and they act like they care about the customers. Friendly, professional, eager. That’s seemingly everyone who works there.
On top of that the food is excellent. This evening I had the halibut with potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and I think the sweetest, creamiest eggplant I have ever eaten. The fish was from PEI, and absolutely perfectly seared. The potatoes with saffron were smooth and piped elegantly onto a sherry vinaigrette with oregano.
I am mot really into desserts, but the rice pudding is one of those memorable dishes that you want to eat again right away.
It was topped by a scoop of rhubarb and elderflower sorbetto, poached rhubarb and crunchy almond amaretti. You really have to try it.
Do I wish they’d remodel? Yeah. But it’s still a nice place. And let’s be honest, with this location they could serve slop and be profitable. But they don’t. They work hard to ensure their customers have a lovely meal.
Highly recommend!

Our server was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful! Fast service and the great interior made this a nice spot to have a long conversation. My tagliatelle wasn’t something extremely special, but the meat sauce and fresh pasta were good. The pesto gnocchi was quite soft and almost squishy, it wasn’t completely to my liking.

We decided last-minute to have Italian food and were able to get a reservation for the evening at lunchtime. I ordered a cocktail — very tasty, though I forgot the name 😭 something like “Bangkok …”.

For appetizers, we had the tuna and the grilled octopus. The octopus was incredible — so tender and flavorful, paired beautifully with the salami. For mains, we ordered the risotto and the rack of lamb. No exaggeration — the rack of lamb was the most tender I’ve ever had in my life. The risotto was a little on the salty side.

For dessert, we chose the tiramisu. Compared with the other dishes, it was fairly standard, but I appreciated that it wasn’t sweet at all — which I liked. If the mascarpone had been a bit creamier, I would have enjoyed it even more.

Service was excellent — no complaints at all.

Our waitress was AMAZING!!! I didn’t get her name but she was lovely :) The food was also incredible! We had the Parmesan soufflé and it could possibly be the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The broccolini was a hit, each of our pasta dishes were delicious as well (Ragu, risotto, gnocchi). Was the highlight for food on our trip to Vancouver. Definitely will be on my list to recommend to others :)

Took a party of 10 and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute on a weekend which was good. Service could have been a little more attentive but all and all the experience was great and the food was delicious.

Spectacular service and delicious dinner! Thanks to the manager for accommodating our special requests as we celebrated my parents 40th anniversary, and to our server for being so attentive!! We felt a warm welcome from the moment we arrived until the second we left. After working in restaurants for 15+ years I can honestly say that was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!! Aleady can’t wait to return.

Honestly I can’t review the food service OR atmosphere…… made reservations for a birthday celebration, travelled from Langley, only to get there and find out it’s not wheelchair accessible. NO WHERE on the website does it say this. Obviously couldn’t stay as our wheelchair bound friend couldn’t make it to the the 2nd storey without an elevator
VERY DISAPPOINTED, and the staff didn’t even offer an apology. Would not go back in any circumstance

We had a reservation tonight but unfortunately we were not able to dine here as the restaurant was not wheelchair accessible. It’s on a second floor only accessible by stairs. Nowhere on the website or on google did it say this, and whoever was on the other line on the phone had the audacity to say “she can get herself up here”. Not sure where this entitlement comes from but clearly someone in a wheelchair isn’t able to just magically float up a set of stairs. We had to search elsewhere to have dinner. Really disappointed in this.
