Great dimsum and chinese dinner banquet place in East Van. Their authenticity brings back memories when I was having dimsum in Asia as a child. Service and food is always solid everytime. Check them out if you want authentic and well priced dimsum. Overall good vibes at Cindy's Palace.

Could not eat the food so disgusting. Left it on the table payed the $50 and left. No meat in the chicken ball and the egg rolls looked and tasted like cat food.

The food is amazing, especially the Chinese yam, goji berry, and conch soup. The Peking duck and the lobster with glass noodles are absolutely delicious and are definitely a highlight. The karaoke in the room is very fun. The songs are very up-to-date and the sound system is excellent! Everyone had a great time

As a door dasher I was told 2 minutes. It’s been 10 minutes with no update. Lady appeared quite rude when I asked a simple question (for x order/she just repeated 2mins) she couldn’t answer but maybe it’s because her English is limited 🤷‍♂️

Visited the restaurant for dim sum brunch. Great selection on the dim sum and price is comparable to other dim sum places. There is 10% discount before 11am (plus it is easier to find parking early).

Good quality dim sum, maintaining the traditional style and taste. Service is very fast so don't have to wait too long to enjoy freshly steamed food.

piping hot & scrumptious dimsum. and their patio is divine with lush greenery. their cozy patio is even open in the winter with heaters. one of my fave dimsum picks in Vancouver 👌 👌 👌 👌 👌

My friends and I always love at dining at Cindy's Palace!
We love the outdoor dining options. They have strong space heaters to use in the winter!
It's a wonderful place to get Dim Sum with friends.
We appreciate that most of the staff are wearing N95 masks, as there are few safe places to dine for disabled people.

11:30am online order for pickup at 4:20pm. When I arrive, staff are clueless. Made to wait another 25 mins for the order. Another poor establishment expecting a tip before even providing the service.

Waitress took our order at noon, waited 45 minutes to find out the waitress forgot our order...was offered a free coffee and 20% off for the food. After 1 hour and a half our food came no refills on coffee and nobody asked if water was needed....the worst service i have ever experienced in a restaurant.
