From the icy cold reception I should have just left but I was hungry. I ordered a small wanton and asked for it to come with noodles, which I was told was extra. How much could it be? Oops I should have asked. The soup was $15 the total was almost $24. The menu said with pork but it had none, maybe it was inside the wanton but not having at least a few pieces in the bowl was surprising and a first for me.When I went to pay the Woman said, What you want! All round unfriendly on the in and out with a pleasant waitress. Which is the only reason I gave two stars. I will not be giving them a second chance.

Everyone was so hungry that they grabbed items before I could take photos, but this has been the second time I've had Cindy's, first time was a dine in and the second for delivery and the food has been very consistent and tasty.Dim sum is large, the chow mein, beef and broccoli was delicious.We would definitely eat from here again!

After ordering and waiting for forty minutes, not a single dish was served. At the same time, the table next door that came later than us had already served three dishes. I asked the waiter three times and got no answer. There was no explanation even to tell us that we had to wait longer because our dishes took longer. The attitude is extremely bad, I recommend everyone to experience it.

Sometimes good and sometimes weird. Usually when I buy from places I expect to receive what I pay for but here it's a surprise. Order a hargao and you get a shumai, order tea and you get hot water.. you just never know... overall food pretty good, though. Can't say I don't like it.

The worst service and food in the lower mainland. Sat for a hour to get cold food.
Went here on Saturday morning, no reservations but they were able to accommodate (they have an outdoor heated patio).Food was amazing and compared to many other places we’ve gone to, very good price too!

Service was absolutely terrible (waited 80 minutes for first item to arrive) and the bill at the end had hidden charges on it. Like there were 3 extra dishes that we didn't order and had to inform the waitress who fought us when we pointed it out. I understand when a mistake is made but this was just a bonefide scam. 2 pieces of advice for going to Cindy's: check your bill at the end for scam charges, and don't go there.
