If I could give less stars I would, the place stinks like literally the whole place smells like a bathroom. The bartender was using a rag to clean the bar and proceeded without washing hands to make someone's drink and push the ice into the drink with her bare unclean hands, I ordered two burgers and fries and waited over half an hour. Had to cancel my order because I was in a rush. Paid for my drinks ordered two "stray bullets" and I don't know how they managed to perfectly replicate the taste of vomit but if that's your thing along with having the dirty hands of the bartender in your drink definitely order drinks here. Glad I didn't eat the food because I imagine it would have made me sick, not that it mattered because when I paid the debit machine was so unbelievably dirty and sticky like it hadn't ever been wiped down and I'm fairly sure that's how I got sick because I have been in bed for the past 4 days since coming here for my birthday before a concert on March 23rd 2024. Server was friendly but that didn't make up for all the horrid health concerns this "pub" was commiting.

Good place but not a lot of games and some of them were out of service. Atmosphere was decent and the staff was nice
Absolutely horrible. We had 8 ladies do after a comedy show, we were sat and then no service forever. Finally got drinks and ordered food. An hour after we arrived our food came They literally brought out a pizza that was so burnt we could smell it. She put it down and acted like she didn't notice. When I reacted she was like oh yah it's kinda burnt. I'm like no that's literally charcoal. They brought another pizza out, burnt again. They just laughed it off. I call another restaurant close by to see if they could take us, they could, so we said cancel our food orders and give us our drink bills we're leaving. Btw a 9oz house white is $19.60 what in the actual ???
Came for the half priced bottles of wine. Asked our server, Hailey, if the menu price was the full price or the discounted price. When the bill came, we were charged the full amount on the menu and when questioned, she said she must have not heard us say the price, when we definitely asked about the exact value, and then just walked away. We were still charged an automatic gratuity of 20%. Disappointed with the experience.

This place used to be decent, and it felt like a higher-end establishment, especially with all the other bars on Granville. My last time there, it was completely dead, and I could see why: it's stink (a repulsive smell just everywhere), everything was WAY overpriced for what it was, poor use of space, and it felt so dirty (but not like dive bar dirty, just actually filthy) that I couldn't wait to leave.Avoid if possible. Walk 12 paces, and you'll find a far better place to drink.

The best place in town for all Arsenal supporters to hang out and watch the game.

Disappointing Experience with Unethical PracticesMy friends and I recently visited Cinema and unfortunately, our experience was marred by some concerning incidents at the door. Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the security guards were demanding an additional $80 cash fee before entering the club, on top of the regular entry fee of $20. Their explanation was that the club was already at full capacity, which raised serious concerns about health and safety regulations. Not only was this practice unethical and against regulations, but the security guards also exhibited rude and aggressive behavior towards those who refused to pay the extra fee. We witnessed them forcefully pushing people out of the queue, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for all attendees.Seeking assistance, I expressed my frustration to a person claiming to be the "manager," named Kino B. However, to my disappointment, he stated that he does not involve himself in door matters, leaving us feeling unsupported and unheard.Overall, our experience at Cinema was extremely disappointing. We strongly urge the management to address these unethical practices and ensure the safety and well-being of their patrons. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment but also compromises the trust of customers. We hope that necessary steps will be taken to rectify these issues and provide a more enjoyable and secure environment for future visitors.

The front door girls have absolutely no manners! Do not waste your money going here. Their attitude will spoil your entire day and the entire experience. Your appetite will be lost, so just save yourself the hassle.

Went to happy hour had a really tasty beer for $4 and some delicious tacos.... Thank you very much
Fun environment. Only concern is that when ordering a drink at the bar I asked for my receipt cause the price didn’t seem right and noticed an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill. Seems a little shady to add that without informing customers then expecting an extra tip when you pay. Is this common practice with bars/ clubs in Vancouver ?
