Fun environment. Only concern is that when ordering a drink at the bar I asked for my receipt cause the price didn’t seem right and noticed an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill. Seems a little shady to add that without informing customers then expecting an extra tip when you pay. Is this common practice with bars/ clubs in Vancouver ?
I am celiac and ordered a gluten free crus margherita pizza and asked the server if the kitchen if can put it onto a pan so there's no cross contamination with gluten products but she never came back. and was I was very ill last night. Can you train your staff to understand the seriousness of this,
Never been here during evening night hours and probably never will be in the future but as Vancouver Arsenal fans we gather here in matchdays and love it! It can get better with sound, tv and everything but thankful that they open early(not crazy early for 430-5am games) but still fine.
