Usually I do not give negative reviews, never before. But the “whole chicken” is not a “whole chicken”, only two full wings and two legs. Not enough for even 2 people. Where is the breast??? Guess they used for other dishes. This happened 2 times to my take out order. Very dissatisfied with this.

The food is made according to traditional methods and tastes authentic; The environment is warm and the service is considerate. The elderly and the baby are very relaxed and like it very much.An old store like this will last a long time. There will be a lot of support.

My regular place to get Hainanese chicken rice, one of the best in Vancouver. Satay is very tasty, too.

$18.5 for half bowl of soup and a bowl of rice. And they refused to just gave a bit of soup only, don’t get it. Never leave a review but this is pathetic

People say this is underrated, but it is NOT. It's BAD.The owners provide bone-in Hainanese Chicken. I have ordered this dish several times, and every time I go, they serve chicken with bones. I'm unsure if they do this because they think they can give us bones, assuming we don't know any better, or if this is considered normal. The taste is very lacking, and it feels like the dish has been left sitting on the table for a long time.I have given this restaurant several tries with an optimistic mindset, but it always disappoints. The service is fine, and they only accept cash or debit cards.

The service attitude was so bad that it looked like I owed him a lot of money! Don't know what you are talking about?

Food prices has increased significantly the past year and portions have decreased. It use to be a place that had fair value but unfortunately it’s gone down hill. Take our bag will cost extra as well.

Went to this neighborhood southeastern Asia foods place on the way home. It's quite busy at dinner hours. Ordered the Laksa rice noodles soup, tasted good but they used the wrong type of noodle and I was disappointed. It's a kind of pricy for such foods and setting.

Came with hopes of finding a good Singaporean place near me. Had some family friends say that it was worth trying. Perhaps other menu items are better, but hands down this was the worst laksa I have ever eaten. It was a giant portion (if thats what you are going for) but if you care about taste, or authenticity you would be better off buying an instant noodle version.

A little place in the King Edward Mall complex serving Singaporean cuisine. Very local and operated by a family. Services was fine and friendly.Tonight, there was a hit and a missed. The curry chicken with roti prata bread was delicious. The curry had just the right mild spiciness. The bread was light and fluffy and absorbed the curry to the last drop. The tear jerking miss was the char kuey teow because the noodles were not the traditional fresh flat wide ones but the type used for pad thai. The flavours were there but the wrong noodles used. This is one of my most favourite noodle dishes but was not a hit for me. Would like to come back for their famous Hainanese chicken as that was what everyone was ordering or busy with their take-out.
