Beautiful view and good food. The dessert was just gorgeous! Nice place for a drink and a view. Prices aren’t that great, but the location is cool.

Stayed at the hotel on Feb. 10 and decided to come down for a drink and a meal; I was not disappointed.

The drinks were great and the butter chicken was delicious, I was also treated to amazing service and had a great conversation with my server that night.

Next time I'm in town I will definitely come back!

Beautiful views, attentive service, lovely food, and a peaceful atmosphere during the day. We had a lovely glass of BC Pinot Gris, and enjoyed the spectacular views of the North Shore. The whipped brie with smoked honey and fruit compote was an excellent bite.

Drinks & view with a great server, however...
We waited 1 hr for Arguably, the worst fish & chips in town.
Drinks and view great.

I recently stayed here for NeurIPS, and while the hotel itself is beautiful and the location is great, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically an employee named Rayan. At around 12:20 AM on December 13, I approached the front desk to ask if there were any HDMI cables available. Rayan curtly said “no” and didn’t offer to check or provide any further assistance. When I asked if there was another way to connect my laptop to the TV, he again said “no” without explanation. Later, I learned from a colleague that they had obtained an HDMI cable by simply calling the front desk. When I returned to ask Rayan about this, he admitted there was a “very limited supply” but refused to disclose how many were available. He also blamed me for not “letting him explain” earlier, which was untrue. When I pressed him on why he didn’t even check for availability during my initial inquiry, he dismissed me by saying he "just knew" none were left because other guests had asked. When I asked for his full name, he refused to provide it. This interaction left me frustrated and disappointed. A hotel of this caliber should provide far better customer service. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure future guests have a better experience.

Great cocktails and a nice atmosphere but we couldn’t make a change to any of the drinks which was kind of disappointing.

I pop in as I was feeling hungry after a long plane ride . Waited at the entrance a few minutes before deciding to grab a bite or dine in. The atmosphere was inviting, background music was low, the ocean view was calling so I seated myself at a window table, unfortunately it took 15 minutes for a staff to enquire if I would like to order. The only reason I endured the wait was the ocean view. The food was nothing grand and the tired staff covering the floor didn’t care to follow up on the food served. I ordered cod fried in a batter with fries and a Pepsi which I didn’t enjoy so next time this girl ain’t popping into to this restaurant .

It was our last evening in Vancouver and we chose the Coal Harbor Bar because of the great view.
There was a terrible draft at our table with a view of the water because the window was leaking.
My meal, the “Burrata salad,” cost $28 CAD. I specifically asked if I could have it as a main course. This has nothing to do with salad. It lacked any spices, the toast was crispy but had no taste.
Some of the butter chicken wasn't cooked properly.
Extremely expensive for no performance. A lot of appearance, little being. Too bad.

Ordered salsa Roja chicken for $34. The look of the plate was already OFF. As I tried the chicken it was too COLD, And after having a couple of bites and digging deeper inside, it turned to be totally FROZEN inside...
Of course returned the dish. And the server also admitted that it was horrible...
This is sooo unacceptable... how dare you feed frozen food to your customers, while you don't even bother warming it properly in a microwave.... This should actually be illegal
