I consider myself a regular guest/customer of Ocean 999. Their breakfast brunch buffet is always good. There is just a bit of delay in replenishing some of the food but everything is ok. The staff, Tracy & Chee our very attentive, pleasant and welcoming. Shout out to their manager Demi who is very friendly and super nice. Can't complain with Ocean 999 👍👍👍

I wish there were other items, such as hash browns, potatoes, mashed, etc. More vegetarian items would've been nice. Found it hard to find items with no meat. The dessert table was the best part, great desserts!

We came in with high expectations, given the reputation and location, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. •Music: We had a 7:15 reservation but the jazz band didn't start until about 10–15 minutes after we arrived, so the atmosphere felt flat at the start. •Food: The buffet selection was poorly managed. My partner enjoyed the Cajun salmon, but there was only one small piece left. It took 45 minutes before more came out, by which time we had already eaten other dishes. Several items, including potatoes, steak, and even vegetables, were missing for long stretches. On top of that, my partner experienced sharp stomach pain shortly after eating the mussels, and when he went to the washroom, another guest mentioned the same issue after also having mussels. This raised serious concerns about food quality and safety. •Service: Service was almost nonexistent. Dirty plates remained on our table for most of the meal, and it was extremely difficult to flag down our server. When we asked for San Pellegrino, it took about 30 minutes before we could even get it. For a restaurant of this caliber, that level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the location and concept are great, but the execution—especially food safety, service, and buffet management—fell far below expectations. We dine out frequently, and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences given the standard we expected

Food quality is excellent, staff were prompt and replaced empty buffet trays promptly. Table service was great. I ate too much but didn't waste a bite! Brought my sister there for her first experience and she was thoroughly impressed

It's our 4th time at Oceans 999; the first 3 just myself and my wife to celebrate our birthdays and wedding anniversary. This 4th time, we brought our 2 daughters and their families (their husbands and 3 toddlers). They loved the food! - said the quality is superb and of high standard! And we got a great server assigned to us, I'm not able to get their name. They did a great job!! Thank you!

Had a birthday brunch with my family last Sunday and we had an awesome experience! Food was great though they ran out siomai and hargaw at some point. Otherwise it was a great birthday celebration! Thanks to Tracy for the birthday cake!

We had an experience that was totally unbelievably fun. and exciting to be there Celebrating our birthdays together. The atmosphere along with the music was amazing is true bonding and I enjoyed every bite! II even requested ‘fly me to the moon' by Frank Sinatra. Mulham our very attentive server catered to everyone of our needs from serving a delightful glass Robert Mondavi red 🍷 to serving us a complimentary flutes of champagne 🥂to my guests. The food was amazing both in presentation and abundance! (I think I gained 5IBS ! LOL 🤣 The ambiance along with the jazzy music 🎼we all enjoyed ourselves!: ( My eyes were bigger than my stomach) lol 😝 All in all we enjoyed each others company and gave a chance to bond with each other, which brought us closer together.

We always enjoy our Sunday Brunch Buffets at Oceans 999. However, this time around, we felt that there could have been more items, particularly proteins. The Har Gow kept running out, so we never ended up having any. Every now and then, would also like a substitute for the Salmon Wellington, as it tends to be a little overcooked. Other than that, we know that we can expect excellent service and good quality food.

Overall I would stay here again as it’s super convenient for the port when cruising. Great sized room (deluxe on 15th floor) had a great view, clean and comfortable beds.
However. When we stayed last week, there was one lift working. It was often carnage with long queues and it could take 20 mins to get to the room or down to reception. We also had issues with our keycards keep clearing (as did some others we met during our many waits for a lift) so after those 20 mins, we would get upstairs to find we couldn’t get in to our room and would then have to do it all again, going down to reception. There was also often long lines here aswell so it got pretty frustrating.
Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely (especially Jessica) and so were those guys at the bellhop station, super nice and really helpful.
Most disappointing to find this comment that was added to a sponsored post before being added here, was removed though.
