Really great location, fresh bread, pastries, sweets. Usually free samples of their latest creation. Prices are reasonable. Located in the heart of the West End.

I bought many pastries and bread from cobbs. Today I have to leave a review on the cruffins. In one word, over priced. At $3.75 per cruffin you’d think it would taste good. The cruffins are pretty much tasteless. There isn’t enough filling so the cruffins taste dry. They are underwhelming.

Tasty breads, amazing croissants and friendly staff. Don't change anything
I visited today to redeem the free cinnamon bun for my birthday. While speaking with the lady at the counter about joining the rewards program this morning, I mentioned that I received a message from the app saying I could already earn and redeem rewards at any COBS Bakery. The manager interrupted our conversation, abruptly stating that I couldn't redeem my reward because it takes 24 hours. When I asked if the coupon would still be valid after my birthday, she confirmed it would, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning after such a cold interaction.
Love Cobs bread! Variety of bread and love that they are open at 7 AM on Robson Street. I usually have their sourdough buns or bread sliced thin. I understand that prices have risen , but the cost of bread and buns are very high. Here is no exception, would be nice if they had specials on day olds at this store, for us on a budget. Used to belong to their promotion for regular clients, but since they went online, it isn't as good of a value.

This bakery is funny I asked for the bread to be cut into thick slices, but one piece was cut extremely thin. How am I supposed to eat that? On top of that, the staff here were not friendly at all. They seemed particularly biased against Asians.

their sourdough changed recently, as after using it for recipes over the years, it no longer has absorbency, which makes french toast and similar recipes a disaster to make with this bread
I absolutely love their cinnamon buns.
