Great spot, a proper fish and chips shop.
The fish was great (Halibut) and the chips were totally on point.
Great coleslaw and a nice cup of tea!

This Cockney started out as an 8 when they opened. got it together - and became a 9 but has since steadily plummeted to a 2 - we ordered from here consistently since this one opened but the last time was the last. It has gotten increasingly worse. Oil that needs to be changed to the worst ratio of fish to batter i have seen in the city.
One order of fish and chips was actually about 3 oz max of maybe fish - fried in two separate pieces. it was batter batter. batter. This place doesn't hold a candle to Burnaby. Take the drive. It got tossed into the trash. We didn't order batter.
We have always sent friends here - now I have to say - don't bother and shame on you!

This place always knocks it out of the park. My favorite is the halibut. Wowowow. They also package it well so that it’s still awesome when you get take out. Amazing fries. Amazing mushy peas. Amazing coleslaw. 10/10 will continue to come back.

Fantastic food! We typically visit the Burnaby vacation but gave the kits one a try for dinner. Fish was crispy and hot. Fries were unbelievable! Extremely friendly staff.
