This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 drinks today around 3pm. I get that it’s a busy time of day. Yet there was only 1 person at the front taking orders and also trying to juggle making drinks too! It took 10 minutes for another employee to finally come out from the back. I ordered online and watched people who came in after me get their orders first. I eventually saw my drinks at the pick up counter. However, my name was not called. Every other order was called by name. I had to go up to the counter and get the employees attention before he would hand me the drinks. No bag was provided. Although every other order was bagged. Unbelievable.

I had a great experience at Coco Bubble Tea on Joyce! Kerrie took my order and was very friendly, helpful, and informative. She made sure my milk tea with pearls was exactly what I wanted. Excellent service and delicious drinks — I’ll definitely be back!
