Very friendly quick service. Asked for half sweet, but was still a bit too sweet. Clean space and air conditioning.

BUY LOCAL a huge chain but dont have milk substitutes. there are 2 other bubble tea shops literally next door- local and fast, many options. not made with pre prepared chemical powders.

Coco is my go-to milk tea store! I especially love milk tea with sago. Yum!

Bring back your dragonfruit!
It’s the best drink you had and no others will beat it. I've tried every drink on the posters inside and not one is anywhere close to as good. The dragonfruit was the best bubble tea of all of Vancouver. This is proof the drinks created aren’t taste tested. The only good thing you had left was that.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went in today needing to use the restroom, and a short-haired female staff member told me I had to place an order first. I explained that I intended to make a purchase, but she still insisted I had to order before I could use the restroom. I complied and ordered, but this rigid and unfriendly attitude left a very bad impression.

On top of that, the drink recipe seems to have changed—it’s now watery, overly sweet, and tastes cheap. I won’t be coming back to this location or any CoCo stores in the future. Very disappointing overall.

If this is how you treat your customers, I honestly don’t see how your business can last.

I tried the Bubble Gaga and I loved it! I loved the price as well and the bubble tea was extremely refreshing!

Staffs are friendly and nice.

The worst service ever. I had to wait for 20 minutes plus to get one bubble tea. Will not come back here or ragain commend….

I very much enjoy their mango pomelo sago coconut milk drink with 30% sweetness. The sago has the right texture and not soggy. Of course the more mango pieces the better. I wanted to try other options however I keep order this popular item. Worth the calories 😂

This is temporary review I will delete after the owner reply. I would like to say this is not fair with short staff and pushing two young staff so crazy please hire one more person. Please understand your staff. The area is high traffic. They are working with so much stress Thank you.

The place is clean and the staffs are friendly.
