I ordered my favorite Passion Fruit Green Tea, but the staff accidentally gave me Grapefruit Tea instead. When I mentioned it, he kindly offered to replace it, but I decided to give the Grapefruit Tea a try — and I actually ended up liking it! Sometimes mistakes turn into new favorites.
Since back home I’ve always liked CoCo stores for their fruit teas (I’m not really a fan of milk teas), it’s nice to find a new spot here that also makes great fruit teas. From now on, I’ll be switching between these two — Passion Fruit and Grapefruit😊

I recently visited Coco Bubble Tea and ordered 6 bubble tea except for one with no ice, didn’t noticed it coz I was rushing (raining outside)they just hand me everything inside the bag. When I got home and checked, all of my order has ice. The drink itself was okay, but the service was a letdown. This happened twice at this location btw. The cashier always seemed rude and unaccommodating.

They make my drink way too sweet , so I let them know and they offer 30% 😏 next time or I have to come get a new drink right away ......wow.....I should get a free drink next time because I couldn't drink it time......zero customers service.

I usually order from here twice a week through Uber and also visit in person at least once a week. After being away on a trip, I finally ordered again, but I noticed my Taro Milk Tea didn’t have any sago this time. I’ve had this drink many times before — sometimes with sago added, and sometimes without requesting it — and it always came with sago. Just wondering, is sago no longer included by default? The taste is absolutely delicious!

Staff are always very nice and patient at this location. Very fast and efficient with orders as well even if they are busy. I come here often and the drinks never disappoint!
