Went first time and the lady that attended didn’t greet, impatient, and after the drink was made no thank you. What a worst customer service and drink was mediocre. Avoid this store, parking is bad and experience was worst
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Teresa’s service—she was incredibly helpful, had great communication skills, and was genuinely friendly. That kind of warm and attentive service isn’t something you usually experience at most bubble tea places, so it really stood out in the best way. Thanks again, Teresa!

The cold drinks are good but the hot are not. Ordered hot milk tea and it's very very plain, taste like warm water with pearls.... very disappointed
ordered bubble tea and paid to get pearls but they did not give any. no one pick up the calls for any explanation. Coco scam your money real bad

The cashier at the store today was very rude, I feel that this cashier has racial discrimination, as she wasn’t as rude to others. and the cup kept leaking. I hope the store manager can be stricter in selecting employees.

The service on this store was terrible. No greeting, Let the customer wait for long, no proper explanation for the menu, when I get my drink there is no straw and no mention where is the straw.
Drink was not good. I order the Brown sugar pearl latte but the taste was like watery...
Just avoid this store to not waste your money
