Felt cheated and scammed!I'd love to hear a response from the owners about this one.I bought a couple drinks, paid a tip and all was normal. Then I saw a tiny sign saying "18% tip will be added to your bill"OK whatever, I don't agree with doing that but it is what it is. However when you pay with your card, it asks for 15%, 18% or 20% tip.....this is ON TOP of the 18% you already paid.if you want to pay only 18% you need to choose 0% but nobody tells you this. There is a tiny sign in a dark venueThe venue is large, 99% of people will not see this sign. I attached a picture of it from far away (and blurred faces for their privacy). The staff were nice but nobody tells you the 18% tip is already included. They just wait for you to tip again oblivious that it's already included.Besides the tiny random sign I didn't hear from any staff, and I dealt with all of them, or see anywhere else it was posted. I didn't see if it's mentioned on the menu or not but in a dark venue nobody will see or notice this.Upon discovering this I asked a waitress and she said....it's included, just choose 0%. 0% means 18%. I felt weird about it, and pushed 0% all night. She was really nice and no pressure and she was honest when I asked her.Even if the sign was massive and tattooed on the waiters forehead and everyone saw it. If you notice a pattern of people double tipping 36% on average, maybe you should change course knowing your system is broken instead of turning the other cheek. However in terms This is blatent deception as nobody knows they are double tipping. Nobody would know to ask or should be expected to notice this sign.To be honest I think this would be a good article for the media to talk about the morality of such conduct of business. I'm not the only one with this kind of review.Come on guys, do better. You host great events. You're cool guys. I like your concept of this resto. Fun food. But this is not the way to treat your patrons. It's disappointing and I won't be back.

The bartenders will overcharge you without you noticing, the service is horrible. They charge me $22 for a margarita. 18% gratuity is already included in the bill which they don’t tell you about so they leave you so you leave 18% tip more. Do not go to this place. The food is also mediocre extremely overpriced.

Garbage. Booked a table for a small group and they sat us in different tables despite the original plan and that it was half empty on a Saturday night. That alone was forgivable, but then the server had no idea they offered cocktails. “Highballs only”. Meanwhile, lots of cocktails being made at the bar from a bartender that looked bewildered at the jigger the whole time. Regrettably, we eventually (30min later?) received cocktails like a margarita and whiskey sour, etc.- all of which tasted like drinking straight from a maple syrup bottle. Those who did order highballs had to order them on an iPad ourselves as the server didn’t understand how to use hers. Of the handful of places our group went that night for a friend’s birthday, this one was remarkably memorable for being so genuinely horrible. We would have approached the manager if he wasn’t prioritizing his budding DJ career. We couldn’t leave fast enough, truthfully- the billing process was among the most arduous and painful part.

Loved the food and the relaxing atmosphere. Chicken wings and xiaolongbao are delicious. The pork bite was tasty for the first few bites, but after eating 1/3 I began to find them greasy. This dish could be better classified into the “for share” category. Also, the pork bite and nachos both have the same type of green sauce, which was overall good but a bit too salty for me. Nachos came to our table later than the rest of dishes, so we felt too full to enjoy it, and took it to go. More importantly, it seemed hard to get a waitress from around 10 pm. Our glasses and water bottle were empty for about half an hour.Overall, it was a positive dining experience. I used to order delivery from this restaurant, and I loved the food, so tonight I decided to dine in. The menu changed but the new dishes were also good. We walked in at 8pm, and there was a lot of space.Parking: If you park at Impark, remember it closes at 11pm.

I have to say we were fooled by the website with promises of an elegant and elevated dining experience. We were there on a Saturday evening 7pm and there were no Dim Sum available as the "machine was broken ". We should have left right then. Our waitress was nice but she was working an uphill battle as the restaurant was poorly managed and seemed very disorganized. Food we did order was edible but far from good with my friend's order of chicken wings showing up 30 minutes after our dishes. To top it off the wings were terrible and 95% tasteless batter. Do not recommend the tofu skewers or the chicken sliders either. Only the garlic fries were half way decent.

After eating and dining in Vancouver for 20+ years, as a public service announcement and civic duty, I must tell you this is subjectively the worst restaurant I've EVER eaten at in Vancouver. Worse, I got terrible stomach cramps and fell sick after eating here. While this place has 4 stars average their recent 6 month average is 1.2 stars. No surprise.Food court food taste lightyears better than what is made here. The beer had a terrible metalic taste, the appies flavorless, the dumplings rubbery, the bao like eating a mouthful of dried paper soaked in stale soy sauce and sugar.F&B is a tough business and you can really feel that the owners passion if you can call it that is in the night club aspect of the business which I can only assume is the only thing keeping the restaurant side afloat. But the owners are either otherwise utterly devoid of interest in running the restaurant aspect or incompetent. You see it in all the details.I've watched many Gorden Ramsey shows or Jake tapper shows and this is one of the rare times I've eaten at an establishment in this city and thought seriously that these folks need to go on the show to get desperate help or a wake up call. The server was quite pleasant, and I feel for him having to show up serving this junk day in day out to unassuming guests. Please please please, until this place turns things around do not douce your hard earned money with oil and set it a blaze. This all may sound harsh but much needed cold tea truth.People paying fair prices for food should not leave feeling like they've been fleeced by owners and that's exactly how I felt after eating here.Sincere hope to those involved that they'll resurrect this shipwreck of a restaurant and managers lead this thing out of this terrible mess.

Unbelievable, our friend has waited like 1 hour for the dish and they servers us 45 minutes before!

After spending hundreds of dollars for dinner and drinks, we wanted to step outside for a quick smoke. We were told to either leave our jackets at table (it’s winter and raining outside) or be prepared to pay to coat check our jackets despite having a table. Unacceptable behavior for a group of paying customersWill not be visiting again.

Beautiful aesthetic inside! Not what you would expect on the outside. Almost wish the outside was a little more appealing to draw you in. However, the food, drinkz, lice music some nights is awesome. Justin is a fantastic manager and can't praise him enough. Til the next time ?

I’ve been disappointed twice before with this place but this visit was by far the worst. It started with a group of 7 people being sat at a table that’s meant for 2-3 people when the entire restaurant was empty. Next, it took over 40 minutes for my friends and I to get a drink when there were only 2 other tables taken in the entire restaurant with 3 servers. After the 40 mins passed, the server brings out most drinks besides the one for the birthday girl and informs her that they don’t have an ingredient to make the cocktail. It proceeds to take an additional 15 mins for the server to bring out a coke. Will definitely not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
