I ordered a cup of hot milk tea for takeout, but they didn't brew it fresh. They just heated it up in the microwave. In Hong Kong, milk tea is supposed to be brewed fresh and served immediately. I can't accept that.

As someone from Hong Kong, I have to say this is one of the best roast goose rice noodle soups in Vancouver, their soup base is crafted with care and authentic skill, and you can truly taste the heart that goes into it. The Hong Kong-style iced lemon tea is equally well-made, perfectly complementing the meal. Everything is simply flawless.

Pretty mid. Had the beef brisket and tendon noodle soup.
If u are gonna overtly discriminate every Mandarin speaking person in your restaurant then scrape those Kanjis off your menus . I’m openly discriminated for my tattoos and the fact I decided to speak Mandarin to them .
Yes I understand Cantonese perfectly and you have problem with my piercings ? Don’t talk about it right next to me .
After long day of drawing+ tattoo , I had my food thrown at me ( meat in their congee taste microwaved tho , no way fresh meat taste like microplastics ) but expected to tip . The audacity ?

Got some BBQ and an egg rice dish. Decent but not great, standard high-ish prices for these days ($15-25 in 2024). Might come again to try congee next time as it was a bit cheaper.

Located in the International Village mall, on the edge of Chinatown. Extensive menu. Plenty of indoor seating. Friendly staff. The establishment was busy with locals.$$

The wonton soup is an incredible value. Other highlights include BBQ pork, green beans, Hong Kong style coffee, house chow mein, and roast pork. We always enjoy the friendly personable service from Maggie.

The place is ok. The noodles aren’t bad but nothing memorable. They only accept cash or Canadian debit which was very inconvenient for us tourists.

This is a very, very good place for high quality authentic Hong Kong Chinese food. Highly recommended. Some of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
