**Edit: To the owner, thank you for addressing my comment. I really like Container Brewing. **
I love this place. They have been excellent hosting events for fundraisers, parties and more. But the other night put the sourest of tastes in our mouths.
There were multiple tables still sitting in the bar, and one server was insistent that our group, having just come from the sauna experience (also incredible), "skidaddle". She was drunk herself, and one of the rudest people I have ever met in the industry.
Funky spot with a big patio (although doesn’t get sun in the afternoon). Has a good truck in the parking lot for food (and a sauna- separate reservation). You have to pay for tasters which seems odd but that’s their thing. They had two spurs on tap - I’d go with the plum, way better than the grapefruit.
Enjoyed several of the beers just wish they had more snack or meal options. Great interior design.
This place is over priced and they don't fill the glass up. Staff isn't super friendly and a bit standoffish.
In response, did I say I was there st 11am? Judging by your response it's just proved my point of standoffish. You should be ashamed of the way you respond to your reviews. I'll make sure to report this to the BBB.
Honestly I'd give this place a zero if I could. Horrible customer service, rude and snappy. Over charged/priced. Pretentious.
EDIT: And after reading the other one star reviews, you can really get a feel for the condescending unapologetic ego of the staff.
Great room, great staff and even better beer!
Great beer, great location, great staff. Enjoyed our visit, really glad we stopped in! Will be top of the list when we visit Vancouver next time!
Love Container brewing! The Whimsy & Wonder IPA is amazing and the service staff are so kind. I definitely recommend!
Container Brewing is the perfect spot for fresh, delicious beers!
The place has a relaxed vibe, ideal for hanging out with friends. They’re always trying new brews, so there’s always something fun to taste.

Liam is honestly the best person.
A must-visit for beer lovers!
As of today, they are currently constructing additional patio space. They seem really nice and friendly.

What a cool spot to get some beer. They have a spacious patio where you can sit for hours. They don’t really serve food but they so have some snacks.
Good beer and live music?
I'm from Australia and visiting various breweries in the Vancouver area. 'Container' was nice - well presented and interesting on the outside, with adequate parking. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The four beers we had were good, but I don't like the labels being vertical. Managed to buy a T-shirt. (Still looking for simple, tasteful with brewery name.)
Music was too loud, could barely hear our conversation. We asked for a turn down, but that's apparently not the kind of place where they want people to convers. Just spend money and get drunk to spend more-there lots of drunk patreons there which added to the noise. It was a like a college party on the verge of a fight. We left shortly after arrival as it was not an enjoyable atmosphere. Perhaps more controlled during the week?
As well the area is not a safe zone, after leaving numerous people with weapons and control issues roamed the streets. This is not the bars fault, but be aware there's a lot of that here as we learned this is across from a recovery/shelter house. Being the reason why. So it's best not to bring out of towers here, or locals. It's not that nice overall.
Perhaps better in the daytime.
As for the food and drinks, no different than any other place-probably because every business in town orders from the same supplier (Sysco), so dont expect much. Mind you it is a bar, so, expect that when order food and drinks.
Loved in intro to the Frigate flight by Barbara. So enthusiastic!
