I come here almost every other day and usually get the turkey sandwich. The food is good, but the service has been very disappointing.
There is a girl who keeps putting my hot sandwich directly into a paper bag instead of a box. It makes the bag smell and the sandwich gets soggy. I’ve mentioned this several times, but she still does it.
When I asked her to change it this time, she completely ignored me. Another staff member eventually stepped in and replaced it — but even then, they handed it to me with the box open, as if I had done something wrong just for asking.
She also puts my order far away on the counter, turns her back, and walks away instead of simply handing it to me.
I work nearby, and my company orders from this place quite often. I’m really disappointed, because I actually like the food, but the way customers are treated has become very frustrating.

The best coffee on Main Street so far, as far as I've tried 12 other cafes. They offer a signature coffee bean blend, ranging from low to high caffeine. I tried their champagne blend and made a request for extra fine grinding for my homemade hot-pour breakfast coffee, and it was incredibly addictive. I tried their seasonal drink, which is a pumpkin latte, and it exceeded my expectations. And surprisingly, their apple pie CMIW was 100/100 superior to any apple pie I have ever had in my life!

Brought my wife here for the first time to try their coffee and she liked it 👌. Recommended by a friend so finally we checked it out since we were in the area. Very cozy corner in the heart of Main St. They even have heated outdoor seating 😮.
Exceptional coffee and service at this Main coffee joint. I always look for Lauren and Dhillan when I go although the other staff are equally friendly. Coffee is very good when Lauren and Dhillan make it.
