Beth is one of the kindest people I know, and has created a great community hub. She initiated setting up Leg-In-Boot Square live music, with picnic tables and patio umbrellas. She does many good works, and helps many people. AND her baking & cooking are fabulous. The view is great, too.
Graciously welcomed and taken care of here on a super rainy day. I got the beef & pork sausage roll (warmed up). It was exactly what I needed on this atmospheric river Sunday. I feel like this is quite a special place. Also paid less than $4 (not including the tip) for a handmade sausage roll… in Vancouver?? Incredible.
I love this coffee place for multiple reasons, but most importantly - for it's normal and yet so special atmosphere. I always feel welcome there, it feels personal. great selection of teas and nice coffee?thank you!
