Good food, nice service, locals eat here:-)
Rather high noise level though, to little acoustic damping.

I've eaten there a handful of times. It never disappoints. Their fried rice plates are amazing!

Wonderful local family run resto! The large won ton soup is awesome and a very delicious and decent size for dinner. Love the all day breakfast option — fantastic! I love small family run restaurants like this and will absolutely be back often.

We stopped by for some breakfast yesterday and the food was delicious. I ordered a breakfast plate and my husband ordered an omelette. Both were tasty and the portions were generous. The staff is nice and very welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I happened to just be walking by and saw the menu board and went in to enjoy the all-day breakfast.
Quick and friendly service and the classic breakfast was very good. Coffee cup never went empty and the waitress stopped by many times to check on me. Just like the name, it is a cozy place to relax, and eat.
I will be coming back to try some of the other items on the menu.
Recommend coming here.

We went there for breakfast and it was really good. And generous. The orange juice and hot chocolate were really good too. And the waitress was nice. We would definitely comeback if in the neighborhood again.

I have been craving a good patty melt for what feels like a decade. I took a chance ordering delivery from them. Read the reviews and it seemed like this establishment had a lot dedicated and loyal customers over the years. It also seemed like they cared about how they packaged things according to review. I'm not finished eating it yet, but I'm already mourning now have another one. I also ordered the monte cristo for later. Having returned from a family reunion where I had a monte cristo for the first time in years, too. I was looking specifically for a restaurant that could make it. I have no doubt the quality will be amazing when I warm it up again. Thanks Cosy Inn Cafe! I can see why you have return customers. Keep up that care, it shows through your food. I'd take a picture, but I already ate half the sandwich.

Ordered a large wonton soup for takeout this afternoon. There were no other customers at the time. I came home to find the cover was loosely fitted and soup has spilled out into the bag. Very fortunate, that I wasn't burnt by it or that my new car's seat wasn't damaged.
