I was shocked when they served the deluxe sashimi set, with several aquarium ornaments. The sashimi was fresh, but you can tell the chef lacked experience from the different cut shapes, sizes, and thickness (or lack of) in sashimi. The blue fin don had too much vinegar, and over powered the taste of everything. The cod was cooked perfectly and had a great sauce. Perhaps cooked food is a safer bet here.

needed a quick bite while walking up commercial, and im so glad i stopped by! to start off, the atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, and the music is nice! my server was soo nice! i ordered a miso soup, chopped scallop roll, negitoro maki, and then 2 pc shiitake nigiri! everything was super fresh, and some of the tastiest ive had in vancouver. the miso really stood out to me, and they give u quite a large portion!! my favourite was probably the negitoro maki :) ill be coming...

Vibrant sushi restaurant on the Drive. Some of their rolls were off the charts good no matter how adventurous you may or may not be. They've got something for all tastes it seems. Will go back to try different items.
