I was the only customer at 10 p.m and they kept me waiting for my order for over half an hour. It doesn't seem like they care about the customers very much, so when completing the order they don't even give me cutlery or herbs. extremely disappointed

The dishes Shelley cooked were all high quality and genuinely enjoyable. Among all, Pho Suon Bo (with beef bone and noodle), crab spring rolls, and Vietnamese glazed chicken wings were my favourite. The beef was so tender and it blended well with the hot soup and tasty noodle. Also, crab spring rolls and chicken wings were crispy and well seasoned that they were quite addictive although I was already full.Ken was quite helpful, super attentive, and sincerely willing to provide the best customer service.I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back.

The food was amazing! Their chicken wings with fish sauce glaze was so delicious! Their beef pho was so flavourful! The crab soring rolls was also so good! The best part though is the service! Our server, Ken, really took care of us. He was knowledgeable and so very helpful

We chose this restaurant on whim as we were passing by. What a great choice. This family owned restaurant is the real deal. Teri and her cooking staff serve authentic northern Vietnam cuisine. The food was wonderful. Teri and Her son, Mark, helped make the dining experience memorable and enjoyable.

I saw good reviews so I gave it a try and ordered meals 1, 6A, and 15ASquare Crab BBQ Rice Noodles: The filling of the square crab spring roll skin has no crab flavor, the seasoning is not enough, the meat is loose, the outer skin is oily and thick and not crispy enough, the barbecue is very oily, but the taste is okay, rather strong. The portion of seafood fried rice is very small and not fragrant, and the shrimp and squid have no seasoning. The crab cake pho is not worth trying. The soup is heavy on MSG and has no crab flavor. In addition, this is the first time I visited a Vietnamese restaurant and the accompaniment was lemon instead of lime.Overall, the service was good, but the food tasted very average. However, there were quite a lot of people visiting, so maybe it just wasn't to my and my family's taste.Sorry, I feel that the nearby Vietnamese restaurant Huang Yan and the Vietnamese restaurant directly opposite Huang Yan (forgot the name) are more delicious.

It was our first time trying this restaurant and we were surprised by the friendly service and delicious food. We had the beef carpaccio, crab spring roll, and 2B crab pho noodle (pho noodle instead of vermicelli as recommended). Great atmosphere, seems to be family run. We are excited to come back again soon.

We ordered 5 dishes and we there for a total of 3 hours. The plates came out one by one every 20 minutes or so. We couldn’t eat as a family because we didn’t want the food to get cold. We also had to remind the guy to get us some water twice? We waited patiently for the check but ended up having to go get someone to be able to pay and leave. Overall, the music was very loud and the food was okay.

I have always wanted to try their crab soup noodles since I moved to the neighborhood recently. Previously, I was close to Hoang Yen, so I knew what to expect for crab noodle soup. So today, I ordered take out : 2 crab soup noodles, 1 squared spring roll, and a small condiments of fried crab paste sorts ($60+). Food was cold, as if it came out of the fridge. No, it was not even lukewarm, and no, I was not late to pick up the food. I had to reheat the soup noodles in the microwave. The only item what was warm was the spring rolls and the only reason the food got 2stars. Kinda disappointed.

Love this place! Go here regularly for the Bun Cha(so delicious, almost what you'd find in Hanoi) and crab spring roll. Lovely staff as well.
