Overall we had a pretty decent experience. We found that eating inside it was very hot. Unfortunately no air conditioning on the inside which made it uncomfortable. Otherwise the food was a 7/10.

Came specifically by to try one of their monster shakes, and it didn't disappoint. The milkshake was the perfect consistency considering you had to eat toppings too! It was good nostalgic fun to dig in, then wash the spectacle down. We added on a croquette and a liege waffle, and those were tasty too! My guy is very tall, so the seating outside was a bit tight for him. But not so much of a detractors that we wouldn't return.

I’m shocked by the sudden 40% price increase overnight. On July 31, a vegetarian crepe was about $18. By August 1, it jumped to $28. It was already expensive at $20 for a crepe, but $30 is unreasonable — you can get a full meal at a restaurant (burger and fries, or chicken steak with potatoes and salad) for that price. This used to be my favorite spot, and I recommended it to everyone. Not anymore. I can’t support what feels like pure greed. Out of respect for how much I used to enjoy it, I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

We decided to try this spot on a whim, while on the way through Vancouver to our Sunshine Coast destination, and we are glad we did. It's a cute little spot located across a beautiful city park. Being seated outside, gave us a great urban vibe, we felt the energy of Vancouver, but at the same time, didn't feel overwhelmed by how busy the city is.

It took a little bit of time to get a table, the establishment isn't too big, and it located on a busy walkway, so it is understandable. But it was worth the wait in the end.

We ordered the smoked salmon Benny, a buttermilk fried chicken Benny, a smoked salmon tapioca crepe and sunrise pancake. We also tried a London fog and a few milkshakes. Everything was delicious and prepared/presented well. The Benny's were super tasty, perfectly soft poached eggs set atop a good helping of smoked salmon/buttermilk chicken and placed on top of a croffle, which added an great layer of flavour and texture to the Benny. The croffles were excellent, not as dense and cakey as a regular waffle, but not as chewy as an English muffin. Just a great combo.

The tapioca crepe was another highlight. Having never tried it before, it was a nest experience. The tapioca style crepe adds a good crunchy texture to a crepe, and the flavour is quite subtle. It paired well with the smoked salmon, however I believe a more saucey protein like the Tex Mex or pulled pork would do it more justice.

The sunrise pancakes were also very well done. Not dense, and pretty light and fluffy. Great portions as well.

I will also mention that the milkshakes are exceptional and I wish they were larger! The Biscoff shake was very good, but the barista was able to add coffee to my vanilla shake and it was out of this world.

The facilities are quite clean, and parking is paid street, and could be tricky to find as this area seems to be very busy.

And while the wait was a bit slow for my liking, the food and service made up for it. The servers and barista were ultra friendly, especially towards my kids, and that made the experience even more satisfying.

They have such a variety of creative breakfast options, including some amazing vegetarian ones. This definitely became one of my favorite restaurants.

It's difficult to give an objective opinion after waiting in line for little more than half an hour (not during rush hour, early Sunday indeed). However, the service was very friendly, and our food in the end arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. The pancake tacos were a curious experience, but the star was definitely the French toast with butter chicken: rich, sweet, and with strong notes of cinnamon—a truly special combination. The drip coffee was also a pleasant surprise, robust, tasty, and full-bodied. Overall, though a little expensive, a very good place to visit; assuming you're patient enough.
