My recent Saturday brunch experience at this establishment was quite positive. The ambiance was notably spacious. I particularly enjoyed the chorizo hash. Furthermore, our server, Emily, provided excellent and friendly service. She made sure to accomodate our dietary concerns and took extra measures to ensure nothing was forgotten from the kitchen :)

Horrible. Came in at noon and sat at the bar side. The place was completely emptied and there was one server working. Sat there waited to see of she'll attend or service me, nothing after 10 minutes. Got up and left the place. I will never come back here. I'm not sure what it is with today's generation and management training them because they're all from the same generation but it is really bad.

Do not bother reserving this place for large groups!
Last weekend, we had the worst service we’ve ever experienced there. Our party was mostly men, so our drink orders were simple, mostly beers and highballs, and almost all ordered burgers. However, we couldn’t get the attention of either of our two servers for the whole night. They only came around at the beginning to take our initial drink orders, and that was it. For the rest of the night, they completely ignored us even though it wasn’t that busy.
We had to ask for our empty glasses to be cleared, but interestingly, we noticed two other large groups with the same issue.. empty glasses and dishes piling up at their tables, too. At one point, we just asked anyone walking by for help, and one girl told us she wasn’t our server pointing out the actual server, who had been sitting on the patio, rolling cutlery in napkins for a while. She finally showed up towards the end of our meal just to tell us she was finishing her shift and that we should close out our bills because someone else would be taking over.
It’s worth noting that the gratuity was already included, so maybe that’s why the service was so lacking. All in all, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

I visited today for lunch with a friend and LOVED the experience. Our server Hayley was friendly and professional and a great server. The food menu is diverse enough to offer something for every type of dietary need/liking but not overwhelming in choices. The prices are quite competitive and I really love the ambiance of the loft-style, open space concept of the venue. The patio space is airy and cozy and not too loud and the interior feels private and chic. A very enjoyable exprience and I hope to be back soon.

Okay honestly, for a chain, this place gets me. I love the new crispy salmon sushi rice they have this summer, and I come here when I crave that. Today was no exception, and it was good as ever.

The kitchen always handles my substitutions with no issues or mistakes, they follow instructions very well, and the dish is tasty. They have coke on tap not Pepsi, so I prefer this. I didn't drink today but on a hot summer day I do enjoy the slush drinks, partially the passion fruit.

This was my first time at this location, and it is way prettier than the English bay one. The decor is lovely, though the music could be slightly lower and not so overstimulating.

Today they let me bring my scooter in to charge, agreeing it's smaller than a stroller which is something I always struggle with. They found me a table with a plug and Oscar was so friendly and helpful as the host throughout this.

Diego was my server. He's a bright friendly guy, who asks your name and works to use it throughout your visit making you feel cared for and at home. As a former server, small touches like this go a long way and are appreciated. He also made my substitutions feel easy when some servers give me attitude. Diego deserves all the tips!

POOR SERVICE from the waiter !!
We went on a Saturday night for dinner, and we got seated pretty quickly. Nice atmosphere (really loud music) and a good selection of food.. It was very stuffy and there were no fans. The food came around ~15 mins after we ordered. Food was ok, portions could be bigger for the price. Our server never checked in if we wanted more water after we got our food. We wanted to ask for utensils but he never acknowledged us. After we got our bill, we had to wait for him to get the receipt. He served two other tables before returning back to us. Will not return back.

The team at Craft went above and beyond for my large birthday group last week, even without a reservation. They ended up closing off the retro room for us, made sure everyone was taken care of, and that we had an amazing time. Huge thanks to the servers and hosts who made Thursday night so special – you know who you are! ⭐️
