Very friendly people great service but the food was not fresh got a cinnamon roll and it was very stale, the cheese croissant wasnât flaky more like a Pillsbury croissant dough like, and the sausage roll wasnât flavourful at all but the coffee was good. Donât know what happened to the food here as I remember it to be so good.
I'm regular customer of this place for almost every day. 2 girls work here . They always have nice smiling and give me good feeling. And also they have good tea and coffee.

Worst place that I have ever visitedI went to this place in city square (Broadway- Vancouver)yesterday. Their customer service is worst. I ordered a coffee and it was not according to my taste. I asked the lady working there, her name was SARA to mix some extra milk / sugar or if she can change it. I was being polite with her and she replied back ,âWhy would I change it, you donât know the taste of coffee â.I asked her if I can talk to the manager because I felts that she is not the right person to talk. She dialed her number and started talking to the Manager in her own language. It is totally unacceptable. When I was talking to her manager , she was interrupting me again and again and doesnât allow me to finish my talk. Itâs the basic customer service skill , when someone talks over the phone , let them finish . Unfortunately she failed to understand this. She was giving us her unwanted attitude. The way she was standing, laughing at us and staring at us is totally unacceptable. She needs to go back to school to learn basic customer service skills and she needs English classes as well. She does not know how to speak English. I am surprised how managers hired such kind of people who does not know anything.If you donât want to spoil your day , please donât go there and never get your coffee from SARA. Worst staff.
