Tried to call them in regarding an online delivery order, they picked up didnt speak to me and refused to pick up for several tries

I was very much pleased to have a place to take my nephew to get an after-dinner dessert on Christmas Day. I feel bad for the people that had to work on this day but I very much appreciated there was a place for me to take my nephew

I ordered two things, a large Cookie dough Blizzard and onion rings. Things started off well with my Blizzard came to me immediately, but from there I had to wait an incredible 15 minutes for my Onion rings. By the time I got them I had finished about 85% of my Ice cream... Quite disappointed

Very fresh food. My burger was expertly crafted and juicy. Delicious. My son’s chicken strips were hot and fresh and he devoured them.
I see some negative reviews here but my experience does not reflect those. One of the freshest burgers I’ve had from DQ.

Used to love this place but they close so much earlier now and could’ve even get for 30 minutes until close :(
Closed at 11:43pm on Friday November, 28th. Why advertised you are open until 12:00am if you close 20 minutes before the posted hours. False advertising, and a complete waste of peoples time and gas.

Google says they close at 12 AM but my sister went at 11:48 PM and they said they are closed. Please update your hours or stay open til you say you are open! Trash business!

Lots of empty space left in cup not enough ingredients after asking for extra toppings which would’ve just been the normal amount at a proper DQ establishment he was rude and said it would be extra charge
