Lots of empty space left in cup not enough ingredients after asking for extra toppings which would’ve just been the normal amount at a proper DQ establishment he was rude and said it would be extra charge

The food is decent but the service is slow some times I've waited 15 minutes just to have my order taken and it was not even busy there was 1 other person

floor is sticky and the card machine is the filthiest i've ever seen. their employees wear gloves to take your order and make your food in the same gloves. poor hygiene

The Indian lady did keep sniffling and touching her nose and didn’t wash hand before touching our food. I politely requested her to wash hands. All the staff was kind of wierd.

I ordered a DQ cake through Uber Eats in a rush and totally forgot to add any notes that it was for a birthday. To my surprise, the cake arrived beautifully decorated with birthday wording and little flowers — way beyond what I expected! The kids absolutely loved it. Huge thanks to the 7/6 team for making it so special for the birthday kid. You made our day!

Apparently when they are busy, they think it's ok to give melted ice cream. My boyfriend went in to grab a blizzard, and asked them if they were going to do their upside down test to show it's thick. They said they were too busy to do that; I guess the reason was because they knew it wasn't thick like it's supposed to be. The blizzard was half melted. Will not get from this location again.

Food is generally great. Between the machines & patrons tho it gets incredibly loud in here, must be the acoustics or something. Staff can be inattentive & you have to make sure your order was taken correctly (prob also partially due to noise).

I had a uber pickup (friday) i told one employee i think she was going for her break she didn’t reply me back,i showed my order to another girl she was bzy taking order she didn’t reply as well then a guy came from back he looked like he was sleeping he take a look on my order says nothing meawhile the order was in fridge it took 5 mins for them to figure out. Its friday busiest day if the week nd thiss kinda service is ridiculous

I love it that it’s open ‘till late, it’s one of a few places we can go for a late snack ✅ I just wish they had washrooms open and available 🚻
