The place serves good food, and the service was also good.
This was the first time I've ever walked into a Dairy Queen and let me tell you and it will not be my last.
I didn't realize this but dairy Queen staff bring food to your table. Is that really a thing at dairy Queen or is that just at this location?
I was impressed. I love the fact that these guys cared enough to bring an extra spoon for the ones from cherry sundae we all did just in case I wanted some.
I will be back! Big up Dairy Queen.
Blizzard only had a few toppings. The rest which was over half the cup was just plain vanilla icecream. For how expensive blizzards have gotten I should have a bit of topping in every bite.
i personally think the older staff lady should be fired for her customer service, it was genuinely so bad that my sister could give better treatment, shes 9. Also I would appreciate if you could get the lady to take my orders instead of ignoring me, I hope you reply to this dq😡
They sold me a great ice cream cake. Great quality that you would expect from Dairy Queen. Kind, helpful staff. They wrote my wife's name on the cake, free of charge.
Decent burgers, fast friendly service
Stopped by order some food waited for 30 minutes to order and was told that the kitchen was closed for orders the Indian people in front of me had made a food order and I was told that they couldn’t make any more food since it was now well past 10:00 so I ordered a medium sized blizzard and a large blizzard the medium blizzard was fine but was missing the caramel and the large blizzard was in a orange Julius cup and was only a quarter full and was missing the caramel as well paid over $20.85 and was ripped off
Honestly this was my first time in this location and will be my last. The closing team was extremely rude to us while we were in the middle of eating. I understand they close at 9.30 on a sunday (they locked the front gate at 9.20pm) but you can politely ask us to wrap up soon or a kind warning before we started eating (so that we would take away the food). My wife was just in the middle of biting her food and the indian girl came up to her and said “sorry guys we’re closed” with a very odd face. My wife and I felt really embarrassed. There were other people dining as well and she addressed us all to take the rear exit and leave. What kind of service is this ? Every one of us inside the place felt really awkward and felt like being kicked out.
Honestly this was not expected at all and I am recommending every one I know not to visit this location. The restaurant was not clean at all, nor the employees were friendly. The cashier/server even forgot about my drinks.

The service was good friendly and all, but my burger was super gross to the point I’m writing about it I returned it got another one and it was greasy and just gelatinous cheese. Bottom line I go to a lot of locations and this one is lacking maybe a webinar with your franchise host to go over how to prepare burgers and how much ketchup and mustard.

Very gloomy and old inside. Building is worn down. Staff are cold, tired and look overworked. However the food was reliably good

Visited her to try their Iconic Blizzard ice cream!
I ordered a strawberry cheesecake which was loaded with cheesecake pieces and delicious berry compote, the sweetness was perfect.
I also tried their choco brownie extreme, it was the best! Very rich and decadent chocolate flavour with loads of brownie pieces.
The place had amazing and cute options of ice cream cakes with different cartoons as well as simple design and custom ice cream cakes looked great as well.
They have good seating area but the place need a little maintenance.
The staff is polite and quick.
The place is wheelchair friendly ♿✅
Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of ice cream they offer.
I also loved the part that they featured artwork auction to help gather funds for BC children's hospital.
They also offered take-away deals of ice cream treats box, where we can donate for local children's hospital and receive a free box of treats.
