I ordered a choco dipped strawberry, but they gave me a strawberry sundea when i told them many times my order, i told them its the wrong one but they instead of giving me the correct one they just throw the sundae inside a blizzard cup and mix it. Thinking i wouldn't know but i just left. also 5 DOLLARS FOR A MINI BLIZZARD? the sundae was 4, but i had to pay a extra 1 dollar only for my order to be the same

Terrible they they don’t no what a royal Reese blizzard is terrible and took back what they gave me and still made me pay 2$ after there mess up worse dq around I think they need new people by far worse dq
This is the first Dairy Queen location I have been to that asks for tip at the payment screen! I mean, it’s fast food counter service and I pick up the food myself so I don’t understand how fast food with no extra service these days are asking for tip, at the time of paying, before your even get your food! I think this is taking tipping culture out of hand. I wasn’t even offered a cup of water and so this tip request is a bit excessive. The culture of Dairy Queen as a company should just be a place to get simple ice cream quick and easy with no extra service charges. Totally kills the vibe. Otherwise the ice cream cake was delicious.

The Dairy Queen on Fraser Street is hands down the best DQ store I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The crew is incredibly friendly, professional, and very approachable—you can tell they love what they do and care about their customers.
The service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours. Orders are always prepared with care, and everything looks and tastes fresh—from the perfectly made Blizzards to the crispy, golden fries and juicy burgers. The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall great experience.
What really sets this branch apart is the positive energy of the staff. They go the extra mile to make you feel valued, whether it’s remembering your usual order, offering a genuine thank-you, or simply making your day better with their cheerful attitude.
If you’re craving DQ and want great food with even better service, this Fraser Street location is the place to go. Kudos to the team for setting such a high standard—keep it up!

This was the first time I've ever walked into a Dairy Queen and let me tell you and it will not be my last.
I didn't realize this but dairy Queen staff bring food to your table. Is that really a thing at dairy Queen or is that just at this location?
I was impressed. I love the fact that these guys cared enough to bring an extra spoon for the ones from cherry sundae we all did just in case I wanted some.
I will be back! Big up Dairy Queen.

Blizzard only had a few toppings. The rest which was over half the cup was just plain vanilla icecream. For how expensive blizzards have gotten I should have a bit of topping in every bite.
i personally think the older staff lady should be fired for her customer service, it was genuinely so bad that my sister could give better treatment, shes 9. Also I would appreciate if you could get the lady to take my orders instead of ignoring me, I hope you reply to this dq😡
They sold me a great ice cream cake. Great quality that you would expect from Dairy Queen. Kind, helpful staff. They wrote my wife's name on the cake, free of charge.
Decent burgers, fast friendly service
Stopped by order some food waited for 30 minutes to order and was told that the kitchen was closed for orders the Indian people in front of me had made a food order and I was told that they couldn’t make any more food since it was now well past 10:00 so I ordered a medium sized blizzard and a large blizzard the medium blizzard was fine but was missing the caramel and the large blizzard was in a orange Julius cup and was only a quarter full and was missing the caramel as well paid over $20.85 and was ripped off
