My father went in to get his free bday shake and he is not great with technology. His app wouldn’t scan in store and the staff there were not willing to help him out on how he had to use it to get the item. They just denied his bday treat. He is never going back.This is not the first bad experience with their customer service have heard from friends who have visited in the past couple months.

Disgusting and dirty inside the restaurant, slow service and mediocre “food”. Filled with the cheapest customers you can imagine; coughing and sneezing all over your food. Sticky floors and tables, ketchup covered chairs, and urine covered bathrooms.I don’t know what kind of customers are careless enough to spend any money here. Explains why people’s savings are dwindling, debts rising and corps making record profits.

well i got to say that finally today i have faith in people again. i was giving up on man kind . lol . after having someone try to change my bank pin to get into my account at 4am, the bank lock my account. i went to the bank and got a knew card. they did not reset my card when i left. picked up my 4 year old from pre school and decided to take him to get a snack and ice cream at the dairy queen on fraser st. after i order a 33 dollar purchase my new card wouldnt work. i explained to the lady serving and said i will walk to a bank and fix the card and come back and the owner heard the conversation and came out front and said nono sir,have a seat and we will get your food and come back later and pay, i trust you. i havent heard that type of service for many years and i am in the hospitality industry myself. i was so impressed and he made me feel so good to be treated like that and then i remembered i had cash in my pocket and was able to pay that way and then he gave my son and ice cream for free. this is the kind of service that goes a long way. we will always give him our business going forward and they have great food. that kindness is almost gone in todays world. to the owner. if you read this , i want to thank you for today. you made my day
