Its ok alot better then when I was a kid as in the atmosphere design but still the same everything

Service was on the slow side even though it wasn't terribly busy. I had hoped to sit down and eat but it was uncomfortably hot inside - it was a warm day but it was definitely warmer in the restaurant.

Food was fine. Pretty on par for dairy Queen.

TO AVOID! Ordered food through mobile and then sat down in store to let my kids get WiFi access on their iPad, only to find the store does not offer free WiFi access to customers (forbidden by the business owner)- it’s “only for the employees”. So I explained to the business owner by phone that fast food chains like McDo Tims Starbucks etc have free wifi for customers and it should be the industrial standards. The business owner responded “if you want to buy food from places with free WiFi, just go to those places! I have my own way to run business. I have offered it in the past and people stayed inside.” What a surprise! She couldn’t care more about customer experience and clearly doesn’t want people to stay in store. She doesn’t care about Google review neither. So I decided to cancel my order (the food was not made) and go to the Starbucks/Tims next door, but..Tada! Impossible. They refused to refund, saying mobile orders cannot be reversed. What a great business! Absolutely to avoid if you want to stay in store and think twice when ordering mobile.

Service and atmosphere were good the place was clean and workers were nice. Food tasted good but a little steep price for the quantity. Overall, I would recommend going if minimal options for dinner.

This Dairy Queen is in a tight package, but it has all the usual Dairy Queen items. There is table and booth seating, but it's pretty tight, so not really for big groups. Service was nice, and I enjoyed the food. I would recommend it if you need an ice cream fix.

Showed up at 12 because it said it’s open until 1230. Trying to get my kids a late night snack to celebrate end of school, only to be told that they only have ice cream available and they decided to clean the grill early. WHY EVEB HAVE A WEBSITE LISTING SHOWING INACCURATE INFO; nowhere does it say the grill closes early to be cleaned. Seemed to me the employees just wanted to leave early. Disappointed in DQ for falsely advertising and not accommodating customers until the listed closing time. It’s Friday night for Christ sake; do better DQ. Kids are let down and I am disappointed in the outcome. Drop the ball on this one big time DQ.

Always go to DQ for the strawberry milkshake. Super disappointed in this location. Was super airy and foamy. Was not very good at all.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS DAIRY QUEEN!!! Great prices if you order the meal deal and my burger had SO MANY PICKES!!!! Amazing job keep it up!!!!!!!

I usually get a blizzard or banana split couple times a year, Dairy Queens really is a treat....went in there tonight just before closing and told the employee about it....she said she'll make it a nice one...and ooooh it was...honestly perfect amount of all ingredients I wanted...just wanted to said Renuka's customer service was on point!...specially late night before closing still had the positive energy! ...Thanks for the Cookie Dough customs order!

Get your food to go. It’s empty mid day mid week and there are no other customers yet every table is dirty. I’m told it’s because there’s a school nearby & the children come for lunch but it’s 2pm. I’m not sure I’m believing that.

Went in on a Wednesday night and had a bad experience. Homeless guy decided to move in to a booth and keep warm. Watched a young guy walk in and fill up his water bottles with the pop machine. No real supervision at night.
I understand the issues Vancouver is having but at least make an effort management.
Floors were sticky. Needs some regular cleaning.
