Been here many times. Great staff quick and efficient service. although I feel most of these negative reviews are left by delivery drivers that have absolutely no patienceās. Most of the time that Iām here in the evening they are busy but the move fast and then they get delivery drivers that come in to try and rush them more. Ppl just donāt have patience anymore. And itās very unprofessional on the delivery drivers fault.

It was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in Canada. The employee, Alisha, was preparing my packages. When I reached out to take the second one, she glared at me and pushed my package away. What!! No joke! I went back to the restaurant later and asked her why she did that. She said I must have rushed her by reaching out. Rushing?? I waited over 15 minutes to get my packages that were already ready. You're going to ruin your money. We will never go to Dairy Queen again. Thanks to my friends, family, and my Google maps page that gets 200,000 views a month, I will spread the word about this disgrace.

Been coming to this DQ for years and it is time that I finally leave a review. I pass the broadway location on route just for the better ice cream, it is much fluffier, and delicious. The owner Simon is great to chat with! Always happy when I leave with ice cream in hand. I have passed exams and I.T. certifications because I studied with this ice cream, it beats Joe Rogans super brain pills.

Incredibly rude and ignorant staff. One lady, the owner I assume, was unhelpful, rude, and overly blunt on free cone day March 20th. No need for that kind of treatment! These kind of promo days should incentivize new customers not turn them away. Very dissapointed.
