It was pretty empty and the worker didn’t seem too eager to take my order. I got a medium sundae and it was good but the portion size was way smaller than promised on their serving size display. Highly recommend the DQ app for weekly

Love this specific location. I used to live here and Simon, the owner, is so lovely that my family and I keep returning even though it's quite far from us now.Service has always been excellent and the staff are always spot on with their recommendations. I also find that they are more accommodating with special requests for adding items to their blizzards etc than other locations (one once refused to make a chocolate strawberry milkshake even after the server easily rung it up in the till - the manager there basically told us it was impossible and we had to buy 2 milkshakes and mix them ourselves). If you have the chance and also love chocolate and peanut butter, try asking for the Dunbar (the street it's located on). It's a local favorite by the residents in the area.

Thank you for giving our family an experience we didn't expect when we walked down to buy some ice creams this evening. There was a quiet moment between folks coming to the shop, so the manager gave our 5 year old grandson an experience he won't forget by helping him serve himself! Thank you so much for your kindness.

My experience here is terrible I'm never coming back to this location. The stuff is slow and has a terrible attitude as if they're entitled to everything in the world. They try and rush you and have no patience. As if it's not their job to serve people in a lineup. They frankly just want to get you out of the way is what it seems like they can get back to their phone. Don't waste your time coming here because one they're going to rush you and not let you speak and two they're also going to be very slow. I'm never bringing my kids to this location again.
