Nice and kind people

Ice cream cake was great. I was scared by the previous terrible reviews but the one we ordered was exactly what we asked for and ready right on time, with about 24h notice.

Closing time is WRONG! It says 10:45 but I visited the place at 10:15 the gentleman there told me the place is closed!

The gentleman working there is exceptionally professional. I always enjoy speaking with him while waiting for my order, as he provides a welcoming and personable experience.

Very friendly and helpful service, the owner was taking care of me. Asked for lettering which he did a great job.
He also gave me a larger drink that I ordered for free.

Came here for their orange julius. This branch was situated near the train station which makes it convenient. The orange Julius comes in 3 sizes. I love it…creamy orange juice!

Ruined my night coming to this DQ. The staff wouldn’t let me use my DQ reward points. The staff was incompetent, they were not helpful in assisting me to use my reward points. They said they were unable to figure it out, plus when I asked if I could scan my app to collect rewards points they said no. They also said they would be able to assist me when I asked for help placing a mobile order at there location when I could not find it on the app’s map.
Lastly my blizzard wasn’t filled right to the brim.

Not the service I would expect. I will not be returning.

They updated the POS months ago, and their scanner STILL doesn’t work?? i feel like that is unacceptable. What is the point of me using my deals and gaining points if i can’t even redeem my points for my free stuff?? i go to this place exclusively because it is my neighbourhood dairy queen.the manager told me it would be fixed “soon”. i was told that MONTHS ago now. i don’t see a purpose in me buying from this location or using my apps if i can’t even redeem my points, JUST because their scanner doesn’t work.please fix this.

I always love coming to this Dairy Queen when I'm at work. The lady who works there on weekdays (Ethiopian?, Eritrean?) is always so pleasant and charming. I assume to be honest that some of these other customers themselves have attitudes. I usually get a mini-Blizzard (age and wisdom will do that to ya) and it hits the spot. Once in a while I'll get a chili dog too.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan thing, but it's just a circle on a stick.

Popped into this location (for the first time) to get my usual box of dairy free dilly bars. The box was priced 30% higher than other locations - they were essentially charging full price for each individual bar. Warning to those looking for same. Go to another location.

Presented a Dairy Queen issued promotional coupon at this location tonight and was told the location’s scanner software had stopped working 9 hours previously so the coupon was no longer being accepted. The owner indicated this was not his problem as a Dairy Queen franchisee. According to him, it was my problem as a Dairy Queen customer. According to him because this is location is in the “richest area of town”, he’s under no obligation to accept these coupons, fix his scanner or do anything else which would allow him to honour his legal obligations to his customers, including taking the five digit code on the coupon intended precisely for locations that do not have operable scanners. This is the second time I’ve had this happen at a Dairy Queen. A location will accept a promo coupon one day and the very next day decide they don’t want to honor the same coupon, despite it being otherwise completely valid. No rhyme reason or rational explanation is given. Only rudeness and insults.

I was poorly received by an employee who did not want to grant my discount in accordance with the promotion policy.
