Presented a Dairy Queen issued promotional coupon at this location tonight and was told the location’s scanner software had stopped working 9 hours previously so the coupon was no longer being accepted. The owner indicated this was not his problem as a Dairy Queen franchisee. According to him, it was my problem as a Dairy Queen customer. According to him because this is location is in the “richest area of town”, he’s under no obligation to accept these coupons, fix his scanner or do anything else which would allow him to honour his legal obligations to his customers, including taking the five digit code on the coupon intended precisely for locations that do not have operable scanners. This is the second time I’ve had this happen at a Dairy Queen. A location will accept a promo coupon one day and the very next day decide they don’t want to honor the same coupon, despite it being otherwise completely valid. No rhyme reason or rational explanation is given. Only rudeness and insults.

The lady working at this store is rude as helll!!!!… please teach her how to treat customers patiently… there was no line up.. just one customer behind me… and i wanted to use a deal that i had in my dq app… and first she made me wait and was making order and didn’t even care to be polite … later i was bit confused with how to use the deal…. And she was like let me take the other customer( while being rude). I also work with customers and i know how to work patiently with them .. and be POLITE!!… she’s working this time if the manager care to teach her some customer service skills.Thanks!!

We came for the free ice cream with app day. As we waited in line, we spoke with and saw numerous individuals and families in front of us being turned away despite having the app.When we reached the front, the lady told us that we had to use the code on the app -- this was okay except that we did not have wifi to enable the 15 minute code. When I asked if I could use the store wifi, she said no -- I can understand this too. I told her I would step outside for a minute to get wifi and activate the 15 minute code and she didn't respond.As I stood outside (literally visible through the store's glass), I activated my 15 minute code. When I came in to show her the code, she then told me "No, you had to do it in the store. It's not valid".No where on the app did it say this and she could very clearly see the timer counting down from 15 mins. I always ensure that I follow the guidelines and rules and I had done my research and I'm certain she just made this up on the spot. She could see me standing outside for the 30 seconds it took me to click activate and come back in within the next minute (timer was counting down from 14 minutes by then) yet continued to gaslight me. After arguing, we finally received the ice cream but I STRONGLY advise everyone to avoid this location. The cashier on shift around noon on Sunday, July 16 was truly awful and she seemed to just want to start arguments with everyone in line and I feel terrible for all the other's who came out just to be berated by this cashier.
Terrible service. Could not refund me after overcharging my card.

My wife ordered a couple of blizzards off door dash from here. Let me tell you something, they were a joke. They gave us the tiniest amount of toppings, you'd need the Hubble space telescope to find them. My wife was devastated. Please sort this out. Life is hard enough without weak ice cream.

Small little store but the staff was really nice on a late Friday night. FYI they now close at 2230. The cakes were really nicely decorated compared to some other stores. Blizzards we’re mixed to perfection!
