not the place it used to be but it won't be around much longer anyway since it's being redeveloped into condos. the date Ive been hearing is october 31st, despite the notice on the website saying otherwise. used to come here every wednesday for karaoke but the old host moved and while the new host is great, karaoke now ends an hour earlier. food & prices are pretty good and the servers are excellent though.

I absolutely love this place specifically because of the staff they’re so friendly every time we walk by they come out to say hi to our dog it makes our day. And reminds us that we need to drop in for a drink ❤️

Really disappointed and honestly grossed out.
Few days ago My family and I had dinner at Darby’s. But something happened that totally ruined the experience for us. We were sitting inside by the window, and we noticed one of the servers, a younger woman with glasses going outside to play with dog. She was petting them, giving them treats… you know, being sweet. And look, I love dogs. But what happened next really bothered me. She came right back inside and without stopping to wash her hands or even use sanitiser she picked up our food and brought it over to our table. The same hands that were just in a dog’s mouth and fur were touching our plates and cutlery. It was honestly disgusting. My husband and I just looked at each other like did that really just and then her overall vibe was really off. I really hope the management takes hygiene more seriously. We won’t be back, and I’d tell friends to think twice before going.

Vancouver has some poor bars but this is insane. $18 for a really bad tasting 9oz red wine and no atmosphere. No thanks.
