Very good service, they helped me pick out a selection of tea as a gift for my boss. I also picked out a lovely tea press for myself which I can't wait to try out.

The staff is very friendly and the store looks great, but I left without buying anything because I’m concerned about the quality of the products. The last few times I've been there it seemed like the airconditioning was off which I think is important to preserve the freshness, especially now during summer. The gummies looked melted, and I imagine the loose leaf tea could also be affected. I might give it another try but this happened few times already so I'm not sure it's worth a try.

They have amazing customer service and everyone was friendly and helpful. However, the store itself is extremely hot and poorly ventilated. I actually felt nauseous while shopping. The heat is not only uncomfortable for customers but also seems to be affecting the product quality. I purchased gummies and they were completely melted and stuck together.

The staff are very lovely and the store was clean and inviting. My only complaint is that immediately upon entering the store, it was hot and humid. It looked like they only had a small fan running behind the counter. How is that acceptable this time of year?

I’ve been here before and last time my friend got the earl grey matcha with oat milk and it tasted great. Today I went back and ordered the same thing but it was way worse. Service was still great but the drink was pretty bad. The matcha has a really bad green colour and was super light. It tastes super watered down too… Even with added sugar it was still just as bad.

I was lining up to purchase tea, while the Asian girl measure the ounce of the tea, a lady behind me was holding one item, the Asian lady helping me over the counter, ask the lady behind me if that’s the only one she’s buying?

The Asian lady asked me if she can help her first since she is only purchasing one item. Can you imagine if this can be use to any store when you’re purchasing one item only?

I was nice to say “Sure” go her help first. I didn’t want to make an issue about it, but no human being will react and complain about it on that moment, and it not suppose to be a normal practise for employee to help someone with less purchase.

I had a great experience. The server Anna was professional , friendly and attentive from start to finish . I really appreciate how she took time to make sure I will love my tea . Highly recommend- I will definitely be coming back .

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Anna! She was impressively fast and highly attentive throughout our visit. What stood out most was her clear expertise and confidence in her recommendations – particularly the strawberry lemon decaffeinated tea, which was an excellent suggestion. Anna's service truly made our time a spotlight. 😊

The male staff was super friendly but the female one looked like she didn't want to be there the whole time, she has a constant frown on her face and only forced a smile while checking out the tea for me. She looked super annoyed when other customers asked about the tea of the day. She approached me to ask if I need anything but considered the scowling look on her face I didn't want to be helped by her at all. Almost didn't buy the tea if not for the happier other staff.

MY MY MY. i’d give this six stars if i could. ive always loved tea, and with the warm weather i have decided to make ts my whole personality. this david’s tea location is ah-mazing. very extensive selection, with a straightforward layout as well. and my dude alex?? an absolute gem. so helpful! i came in ready with my list of teas and he was on it. while he weighed them all up he let me smell whichever other ones i was interested in, and had awesome recommendations on what to try next time. and he made sure i got one heck of a deal! as someone who usually only shops online, i will most def be coming back to this david’s tea for any (and there will be many) future purchases!! thanks again alex, stay stellar!

Shop nice, service cool, price 220$ per kilo it's 22$ per 100g, buy 3 different tea check instructions and lookvideo on there web site, to make exactly how it's supposed to be, for smell from bag fantastic,from taste from cup opposite from smell, all 3 of them, it was interesting experience but on my opinion waste of money.

I didn’t intend to return to David’s Tea after my last experience with online purchases and dramatically different points system. Which is still a huge disappointment and I’m unsure if this one good experience will be enough for me to spend my hard earned money on moving forward. But I must give credit where it’s due. Alex was a stand up guy with an understanding of my justified frustration and I really appreciated his customer service skills. Thank you for making our visit better!
