Always busy! I suggest trying their breaker with the pancake. Food is good and has good presentation, waiter is fast & more often than not is always polite.
Deacons has a booth dedicated to influencers, wheelchair friendly & clean washrooms

This is by far the best breakfast place I've found in Vancouver! Honestly, so delicious and reasonably priced with big portions! The servers are all very friendly and welcoming. I love this place and will never stop going!

If you're going during the busy times, (usually morning) you may have to wait for a table, (they don't take reso's), but I've never waited more than about 30 minutes. Most of the time I go for brunch and it's...
