Amazing service, the manager and staff are really accommodating and made the dining experience really enjoyable. Best Denny’s in the city by far. Super clean premises, Fast service, modern facilities.

I appreciate Denny’s for its fair prices and spacious dining area. The milkshakes are great—I always order one along with a burger. It’s become a bit of a tradition for me.
That said, the service is consistently slow, even when the restaurant is nearly empty. It’s not uncommon to wait 10 minutes just to be seated, which can be frustrating. Also, while the food is generally okay, the burgers are often overcooked and come out quite dry—about a 3 out of 5.
Would love to see some improvement in speed and burger quality. I still stop by, but I really hope the service catches up to the rest of the experience.

The service was very good, they treated me kindly and the food was very tasty. Although I ordered a dish that I didn’t like at first, they gave me the opportunity to order something else from the menu, and the second dish was delicious.

I have to say the staff here is incredibly nice, professional, patient and knowledgeable of their menu. The chefs always deliver consistently at this location. Open mic night was a bit hard to handle with random people thinking they could sing but when there’s an actual band here, it’s an amazing ambiance! My husband told me the men’s bathroom is like a mini hotel?! LOL! How come women’s washroom isn’t as luxurious? Come on Denny’s!! Take care of us ladies too ;) Thanks for hiring the best team at the Broadway location in Vancouver!! YAY TEAM!

Over-charged me on my two add-ons for my slam as separate sides. Wouldn't correct it when confronted.

Dining room only had 3 active tables. Only 2 of which were getting food. No excuse.
