Best Denny’s I’ve ever been to, looks very clean and has a good atmosphere. Victoria is a good waitress and makes sure that we are well taken care of……The pancakes were very skibidy and the food was sigma. Located in Kay senates backyard. The food almost made me goon in happiness. Inconsistent on ubereats orders and wasn’t greeted with the same enthusiasm when I had my birthday slam here. I’d sooner go elsewhere next time.

We went to Denny’s today for our go to dessert which is their lava cookie skillet but today we had a very horrible experience. When we had 2 bites of the dessert we realised the chocolate is burnt from inside which is supposed to be molten lava , without making it a big issue we told the entire problem to our server Simranjot K but she was very adamant and uncooperative with us because she kept on saying that it is frozen and it is not in their hands and they are just heating it and serving it to us but I told her that the problem is in the heating process because it is overdone but she just denied and didn’t even have the courtesy to change our dessert and we had to pay full price of the dessert even we just had 1/4th. We as customers have some expectations from such a big chain Denny’s that they maintain standardisation and consistency with their products because earlier we have had good experience with the same dessert thats why we had re ordered but the employees are not trained about the serving temperatures and do not know how to deal with customers. I would just request them to look in this matter otherwise they would be losing loyal customers. Thank you
