I have been to this place a few times now. I believe it’s the best Indian fast food place in Vancouver. The staff always know what vegan means so there is never any confusion. My favourite items so far are the golgappe and the chole kulche, but I’m still trying to (very slowly) work my way through the menu. They have vegan mayo which is awesome but I find it very rich so I ask for less or none. The only items I haven’t enjoyed is the drinks but that’s because I don’t like pop/soda; it’s completely a personal preference.

I came here once a few months ago and it was pretty good so decided to grab a burger today when I was in the area. Unfortunately the girl that was working was on the phone the whole time that I was standing at the counter waiting to order, so after a few minutes of waiting i just left.

The taste of the food was good, though it took some time to prepare, it was worth waiting once I got to eat it. However, there were a few aspects that left me slightly disappointed.
Firstly, the quantity shown in the picture menu didn’t match what was served. This was particularly noticeable with the “Chole Kulche” – I was expecting the usual larger white buns as kulchas, but instead, they served smaller bread buns. It was a bit of a surprise.
Another downside was the customer service. When I asked for ketchup, they gave me just one small packet. I found this frustrating, especially considering I was spending nearly $30 there. A little more generosity and customer focus would have made the experience better.
