Service isn’t the best, coffee is alright. Better cafes in the area.
Not awesome costumer service, mid coffee and pastries, outrageous prices.

One of my favourite stops, beautiful setting where the coffee is consistent and the service always excellent.

I was there on Tuesday and that short bald man and the fedora lady served me with such a cold attitude. Good luck trying to use the washroom before that lady gets in your way…
The latte art is disappointing for how much I paid and the “fancy” vibe this cafe gives. Other staff are so much more nicer than this duo I always see.

Super clean and aesthetic place! The interior is perfect for studying and focus, as well as conversation. The large windows overlook the waterfront station, and it is very nice and open. The staff were friendly and food was good. We got the white chocolate pumpkin spice latte, apple fritter, and chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was a bit too sweet for our liking, and everything else was great.

Other review about the toilet gestapo is true.
We sat down on a table to get settled with the view to order. Partner asks to use the washroom first and hat lady makes it excessively clear that its only for paying customers.
Like relax lady and buy some professional judgement from at least Dollarama, which would be an upgrade to the zero you currently have.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible smarmy conceited staff, equally horrible management/owners. Drop a couple of letters and just call it the Devil. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of superior coffee shops in Vancouver!☕

Our experience was aweful, A lady with a hat was really really rude. We won't suggest this place to anyone and will never come back. Also, never try pumpkin latte here !
