I ordered a matcha drink here and was extremely disappointed. It had less than half a teaspoon of matcha, wasn’t whisked, and was loaded with sugar—so all I could taste was milk and sugar. For a $6–7 drink, this was extremely disappointing. The service was very distracted despite no one else being there, and they didn’t even inform me or ask if I wanted sugar in my drink. If you can’t prepare matcha properly or don’t have baristas trained to make it, please don’t serve it. This isn’t what matcha is supposed to taste like, and it does a disservice to anyone expecting the real thing.

There are four small tables by the window, great for a quick sit-down, and a few more comfortable lounge chairs further in—better suited for relaxing than working, since they’re not designed for laptop use.
I only ordered a coffee, and it was actually quite good—smooth and well-prepared. The overall vibe is low-key, and the space seems very well-kept, with clean tables and an organized setup. It’s a solid choice if you’re in the area and just want a decent coffee in a quiet, tidy environment.

My new go-to café these days! Deville Coffee is a Calgary-based coffee shop that opened up few locations in Downtown Vancouver. They bring in pastries and donuts from Beaucoup Bakery and Lee's Donuts as well! They also have their own unique drinks which are delicious👍 One of their drinks, Cold Joe, is like a high-end version of Timmy's Iced Capp in my opinion 😋 it's very good.
I've been to their Thurlow and Waterfront locations so far, and both are beautiful but their Waterfront station feels more like a café just because of how the Thurlow location is located inside a lobby of a building while the Waterfront location has its own segregated space.
Their sourdoughs seemed a bit pricey for the portion and amount of toppings that they give though :(
best coffee in the downtown area. Absolutely gargantuan cinnamon rolls with loads of icing, a meal in itself, awesome. Love the huge atrium feel inside

I've walked by this place 300 times and finally decided to give it a shot. Ordered a cappuccino but received a latte (very little foam). Espresso quality seems good, would have been a 4/5 if I had ordered a latte.

Please try the flat white here! The most divine flat white I’ve had in a long time… and I wasn’t expecting it from here. Fast service and a trendy little location but this is more for take out than sitting and enjoying your coffee
Cute place to get some work done. Limited seating and theres only charging on some chairs. But when its sunny you can sit outside. Friendly service

Always stopped here for coffee on office days. Even got a couple of my co-workers hooked. I recommend you try their breakfast wrap! Their coffees are all good but the vanilla latte is pretty darn delicious.
