Tried the Lahori Karahi from this place recently, and while the taste was just okay, I was really disappointed with the quality of the meat. Instead of using proper, well-cut pieces from a whole chicken, they gave random small chunks — mostly bony parts and muscles that didn’t seem like prime cuts. Pieces were even rubbery and tough to chew, which made the experience worse.
It felt like they just threw in leftovers rather than choosing proper chicken pieces. For a dish like Lahori Karahi, you'd expect rich flavor and good quality meat, but sadly this missed the mark. I wouldn’t go back 👎🏼

Good food,amazing service and very good owner who comes personally n talk to customers and the guy name mugees is so humble n nice. N there biryani and fish paroka was amazing over all food was really good but these r my favorite 😍 n obviously there naans r way better than any other restaurant's.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had in Canada. No greeting, no customer service, and no communication about wait times. I waited over 30 minutes just to get plates, and still no one told me how much longer the food would take. Staff were rude and unprofessional the entire time.
When I finally got my food, the biryani rice was half-cooked — absolutely unacceptable. It felt like no care was put into the food or the service.
To make things worse, the owner was just busy praising his own food and service, acting overconfident and completely disconnected from the poor experience customers were having. He showed no concern for how people were actually being treated.
Honestly, I feel like I completely wasted my money, time, and ruined my mood just by choosing to eat here. This place seriously needs to fix their attitude, food quality, and overall customer service. I do not recommend it at all.

The food was very delicious and full of flavour and spice, and the waiter’s behaviour was very polite and professional. The space is small, but I definitely recommend trying the food.

I ordered a beef curry at 11:28 am over phone. The restaurant said it will take approximately 20-25 mins and naan or rice is complementary for this order, I choose naans.
I came at the restaurant at 12.22 pm for pick up. They said the nun is not ready yet. I have to wait 4-5 mins more. I said give me the beef only, i dont need naan. They took another 5 min to get the beef ready and said naan will be ready shortly. This is totally disappointing.
The best place for halal food in Vancouver. Top quality and very tasty food. My friends and I are addicted to their special beef karahi and the lamb biryani. Best food in town!
