The food was amazing however horrible horrible staff. Me and my boyfriend went on a Wednesday for his birthday and our waiter was a pretty white girl with short hair. From the very beginning I could see her bad attitude, she was speaking with an incredibly rude tone and only treated my boyfriend nicely since she assumed that it was my boyfriend that was going to pay. I didn’t really care however when he left to go to the washroom I decided to pick up the bill instead and I could see her attitude go from bad to worse. The deep sigh, the eye roll and how she stormed away pissed me off so much I only tipped 5 dollars which made her rip the receipt and throw it at me before storming away. Honestly this attitude is unacceptable, I am a waiter myself and a teenager at that and I believe in treating all customers the same not just based on how they look or assume how much they will tip and treat them based off of that. I had no issue tipping 20 or even more if she treated me the same way she treated everyone else especially the table right next to us but her attitude pissed me and my boyfriend off the rest of the night.

So disappointed with this place. Similarly was very excited to try this place out, but entered the restaurant and stood waiting for a table for some time and was ignored. A couple that arrived after me was called forward to be seated, but the hostess never came back to seat me. Finally one of the servers came by to ask if i needed a table - so strange.
Food was subpar, and when paying for the bill the server started up a conversation and just held out the machine so I could tap my card. I was distracted and didn't realize that the tip had already selected - BY THE SERVER - don't waste your time or your money they're just looking to take advantage of people.

The mushroom pizza was awful I literally throw up in the restaurant and my husband had to take me to the hospital afterwards it was awful and when we told the waiter what happened he was just like I’m so sorry to hear that that’s it very careless I’m never gonna go there and will tell my friends not to go there ever

20$ starter: a few slices of butternut squash with caraway seeds and ricotta is a scam. Waitress ignored us most of the night, waited an hour for pizza. Also when they offer sauce with pizza that’s an extra 6$.
Should have ordered pizzas in and made negronis myself.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We made a reservation and were seated in a tiny cramped table an inch away from two loud groups. Our pizza took an hour and fifteen minutes to come out. Multiple tables that arrived after us left before we got our food. Our waitress didn’t come over once the whole time we were waiting and I had to flag her down. Then they took 15% off our bill but only because I made a stink. They charge $6 for a “Parmesan dip” that they offer you, not telling you it’s an up charge! So sneaky!! $80 for a comped pizza, appetizer and negroni omg we’re living in hell 2025.
By far the BEST carbonara I've ever had. The service was amazing and atmosphere was great. I highly suggest coming to this restaurant, I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again.

My husband and I have always loved this restaurant. We’ve brought our family here when they visited from our home country, celebrated my birthday here with friends, and this time we chose it again for our wedding anniversary.
We visited yesterday and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were seated right next to the window, and it was extremely cold,,to the point where we could feel the draft. Even the guests two tables away were wearing their coats while eating. Since I’m sensitive to the cold, I asked if we could be moved, but I was told that all other tables were reserved and the only option was the high-chair section, which was also beside the windows. So we decided to stay where we were.
The food itself was still good, just like before.
However, what really left us disappointed was the lack of acknowledgment of our occasion. When making the reservation, I selected “anniversary” and even wrote a note in the comment box, but nothing was mentioned during the meal. We ordered a tiramisu cake at the end, but no special gesture or even a simple “happy anniversary” was offered. It didn’t feel very welcoming, so we just finished the dessert and left.
What made it feel worse was that, on our way out, we noticed several empty tables inside the restaurant, meaning we could have been moved after all.
This used to be one of our go-to places for special occasions, but after this visit, I’m not sure we’ll be returning anytime soon. A little acknowledgment or small talk from the server when we were first seated might have changed the whole experience.
