Excellent food and service. Music a bit loud

Sad to give one star because the food is good, but the customer service is horrible.
Out of the two times I’ve been, the first time I accidentally mistyped the tip amount. The server came back visibly upset, pointed it out, and actually corrected the tip herself — it was really embarrassing.

The second time, we arrived at 8:15. Someone came to take our order at 8:25, telling us that last call was at 8:30. We quickly placed our order, the food arrived around 8:45, and by 8:55 the server was already rushing us to pay and leave.

Very disappointing experience...

Dishes always hit. Nothing like freshly handmade soup dumplings on a rainy day. If you’re craving classic Taiwanese, can’t go wrong here. They even have breakfast for half the day.

This place has THE WORST service ever. I went for dinner with a friend and we ordered the food on last call which it was at 8:30 pm. The food came and it was 8:45 and we were still eating and the waitress came with the bill for us to pay. We had to rush through the food because they literally kicked us out of the restaurant at 9 pm. My friend had to finish eating outside the restaurant… I won’t recommend this place.

Its in the heart of downtown Vancouver, serves delicious Chinese cuisine. Dumplings and noodles are delicious, fresh and flavorful, but prices are a bit high. The vibrant atmosphere and central location make it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. Paid parking is another challenge. Overall okay.

Food always great same as service

Came here on Wednesday. A young male waiter came and confronted us on why we didn't tip, before we could even get a chance to leave cash. He embarrassed my whole party for $10. Never seen this before at a restaurant.

Great food 🤤

The layout of the restaurant is crowded, which is understandable that they want more customers. The food was okay but not outstanding, and they were delivered without being introduced. It was acceptable as this was something I was familiar with.
I understood that there is tipping culture here, but I also knew that tipping is not a compulsory thing. My way of tipping is that I will tip those restaurants that I will never go again, but for those I want to try a second time, I will tip big then. But, I was totally offended when I was traced to the door identifying loud that I gave no tip, which really humiliated me in front of the public.
Therefore, not only will I go there the second time, but introduce to my customers and friends. Even hours later I still felt annoying.

Amazing service and great atmosphere. It's a very warm place to get Chinese food and have extremely kind servers.

The food was great- not my taste to be exact because I do think that the restaurant food itself is a bit whitewashed since the dishes tasted like a level down the authentic real thing.

The spicy and sour fish for example, was not quite there with the spiciness and sourness. One level down.

Overall, this was a great place to visit and I definitely recommend people who are interested in Chinese food to try this place out!

By the way, the chicken here was amazing!
