I'm not usually expecting much from food trucks but was pleasantly surprised by how good their chicken was! The fries were delicious as well and everything went so well together.
Korean fried chicken salad bowl. Beautiful fresh salad and veg with yummy pickled cabbage and carrot. Crunchy fried chicken. So good! Totally hit the spot.

This is by far my favorite food truck but I go out of my way to come to its location during work hours and it's rarely ever there! Unfortunately my lunch break is not earlier in your hours so I generally get there around 1:15 or 1:20 and by that point you either were never there at all or you've left early. It's very frustrating to come all of that way so many times and not get to eat there.
