I was here with a friend and the food was exceptional, the server was nice & organized, the atmosphere was nice and we felt relaxed and not in a hurry to leave. I'd recommend the sourdough to start and for entrée I had the sable fish and it was cooked perfectly and delicious! I was too full for dessert but the Americano was good tasting. Definitely a place I'll return.

We have been to Diva a few times in the last decade, and each was a positive experience - food quality, service, ambiance. This time, however, was a great disappointment - everything has gone down except the price point, which is in the category of fine dining. The food - taste and presentation - was lackluster. i.e. my seafood linguini was bland and with minimal seafood. The wine pour (at$15) was less than the basic five ounces, and I had to ask the waitress three times for a condiment. She also didn't have much knowledge about the after dinner drinks). The TV monitor in the dining area cheapens the atmosphere, making it more like a pub than a finer restaurant. All in all, we will not be returning for a long time, if ever. The value just isn't there anymore.

Used to go here a lot back in the days, but haven't been in many years, and a lot of things have changed. The restaurant is more casual now and the food portions are huge compared to before, so expect to get full without spending much. One thing that haven't changed is the food quality; every tasted as awesome as ever ?

This was my first time to Diva in many years, and we attended for the Dine Out Vancouver. I was blown away how good the flavours were with our food, and how big the portion sizes were given it was Dine Out. I had the salad and Lingcod, my friend also had the crab cakes. All was excellent! Very impressed and would definitely go again.

Wonderful prix fixe New Years Eve menu at a very reasonable price. Everything was delicious — bodes very well for their regular dining options! The service was also fabulous; super friendly and super attentive. The space itself was quiet and romantic. All around, a wonderful experience!

Went to the Diva for Christmas set course dinner. It was disappointing on many levels. At the time of the reservation, I had stated that our group has some dietary restrictions and that if it can't be supported, to contact us. When we arrived, we were informed that the turkey main course cannot be dairy free so we have to get steak. First bummer. Then, we couldn't get any dessert, it had to be a fruit plate. Am I paying a premium fee with an additional 20% service fee to get a fruit plate for dessert? We learned from our server that the kitchen is totally disconnected and has no pulse on the customer. Well, apparently the kitchen can't even get the steak right, requested a medium-well steak and again they missed the mark.Struggling to find any positives here.

I stumbled upon this restaurant, and it was an absolute delight! The bustling atmosphere added to the energy, though it was a tad crowded also they have dj who will play your fave music. Kudos to our server, Armenia, whose warmth and efficiency made our dining experience truly memorable. The food was exquisite, and her recommendations were spot-on. Can't wait to revisit!Vegetarian options: Vegan bowl

Had drinks and appies at Diva at the Met with some friends. The service was excellent, they moved tables back and forth trying to accommodate us. Drinks and food were all tasty. Music was slightly too loud but there was a DJ and the speaker was right over our heads. It was a bit hard to speak to each other at the table. Overall great experience.

We just had an awesome experience here with 8 & 6 yr old kids...no small feat! We were celebrating my wife's bday and they really made it special for us. Our server was absolutely amazing with our kids, making them laugh and chatting them up. Cocktails were really good, my wife had the vegan bulgogi which she devoured. I had the daily special which was a bacon cheeseburger and beer for $18, had to add fries. The burger was pretty tasty and the fries were top notch. Kids enjoyed their sliders and grilled cheese. The wife had the sticky toffee pudding and gelato which she said was delicious. My son and I shared the crunchy chocolate bar which didn't last long! Definitely would recommend giving this place a chance, even if just for the amazing personable and friendly staff!

Great bar in the metropolitan hotel. Loved everything there. Went there four times with friends during our stay.

Came in looking to grab dinner and was pleasantly surprised it was still happy hour. Kimchi cauliflower was fantasticccc and I really enjoyed the Granville winter ale. Not embarassed to admit I might be back tomorrow for my second and final night in town.

Excellently prepared filet. They do something special to fry their wings and fries - not sure how they make it so crispy and light. It’s amazing though. Wonderful staff kept our water topped up and service for drinks flowing. 10 out of 10, will come again.
