I lived a block away from this place for four years and my roommate and I ordered from here regularly. By far the best sushi in the area, lovely staff, and good prices. I plan on coming back whenever I’m in Vancouver again!

We’ve been looking for a new to go sushi place in the area and we’ve finally found it. The service was friendly and the food was high quality and well presented. We loved all of the 5 rolls we got and will return in the future.

I ordered a bunch of items for pickup including a 4 piece shrimp tempura and the Sushi and Sashimi Combo (which is supposed to have four rolls). I got home and there were three pieces of shrimp in my tempura box and ZERO rolls in the Combo box. I instantly called to inquire and got nothing but arguments from the woman on the phone and the man yelling in the background. It was not worth my time to get frustrated further, as they were clearly having none of my legitimate problems. I feel ripped off with bad customer service and won’t be returning.

Best Sushi place in all of Vancouver!! When I had to leave UBC because of covid, I missed eating here all the time and finally returning to eat here again was the best feeling ever!! Everyone is so kind, and the atmosphere is amazing. You guys rock!! :)

Fresh sushi, good service. We ordered a selection of rolls and the deluxe assorted nigiri combo. Apparently the nigiri is chef’s choice and not the specific items listed on the menu. I was a little disappointed that the ikura was swapped for tai, but they were quick with the explanation and brought out an ikura on the house to make up for the misunderstanding. They had already also brought out complimentary miso soups at the beginning of the meal, and overall I think they did well in caring for their customers. We had a good experience here.

Customer service isn't the best. Ordered a few dishes to celebrate Mother's Day on the Sunday night. The estimated wait time was a bit longer at 30-35 mins. Okay. Then when we went to the restaurant, we found out you guys gave my order to somebody else. The lady we talked to was all over the place and said I already picked it up. Then we had to wait 10 minutes in the car. There was no comping of anything on our order or discount for making customers wait for you. It's the principle of it. So, we got my mom's meal after 45 minutes. ?May just stick with Hime across the street.

Horrible horrible experience. Happened Jan 23th 2021 19:00pm- 19:50. Just left there and got home back now.We ordered around $50 with Nigiri, rolls, 1ramen. I’m not sure, whether the online or pick up order by call were before us or not. But we waited literally 40mins. Without any notice that it will be delayed coz of they were having rush. It’s fine that they are having rush. But if we know that before we wait, we can decide what to do for the waiting.And after the 40mins, only there are ready was ramen. Was ready for long long time before we ask how long it will take more. We decided to leave at that moment so the server want us to have it dine in. What? I don’t even want to have that cold noodle. But we paid for ramen wow. And what she return us was $33. Well we paid $48 with $4 tips. Is she not shameful to have $4 tips?Anyways, horrible. Horrible. If there was lower than 1 star, they won’t complain to have that based on what they did today.
