Tofu bao is good, the other two baos have weird taste. I really wanted to like them, please review the sauce choice for those! I really want to support this place

Got the shrooms bahn mi and the tapioca pudding. The fried shrooms were excellent, bread was good, nice curry spice. I felt the bahn mi lacked some expected elements, for instance the pickled stuff wasn't strongly pickled and there was no jalapeno, but it was tasty.
Ordering from this ghost delivery kitchen was a little challenging. Their store front was non-existent and scanning the QR code on the front door didn't list them in the dozen or so other ghost kitchens. I was worried I wasn't going to get my food, but thankfully someone came out eventually with a Doi order.
Word to the wise, get delivery only, don't pick up unless you know what you're doing.

I just ordered on Uber eats, my bf & I got 1 of each of the baos and the tofu banh mi, everything was so fresh & so delicious I’m sad we didn’t know about here sooner! Definitely a new go to for us

Doi is the sister restaurant to Khoe. Where Khoe offers up amazing vegan Vietnamese rice noodle bowls, Doi has a variety of banh mis and baos - all vegan too of course.I ordered a sampling of banh mis and baos for me and my partner to enjoy: chick’n banh mi and bao, tofu banh mi, and shroom bao.Everything was fresh and tasty, and of the same great portions and quality I’ve come to expect from Khoe.I highly recommend everyone orders regularly from here, even your omni friends will enjoy it!My only “complaint”? I’d love to be able to order from both restaurants / menus at once so that I don’t have to pay double the Uber eats service and delivery fees. I’m not quite sure why they are operating as two different entities, but I’m sure there must be a good reason for them. Just sucks a bit for me for my future orders :)Keep up the great work team!
